I honestly hate this Wendy's. The rudest, nastiest, laziest employees of any Wendy's of all time work here. I hate this fact because this is my nearby Wendy's, but I have tried coming here multiple times and each time it is a huge disappointment. Do you want the employees to completely ignore you and then give you the wrong items in your bag? Then come here. Do you want the employees to lie to you about whether or not a coupon is intended only for mobile or in restaurant? Then come here. Do you want an employee to give you the wrong change, and then drop the change afterwards when you correct them thereby indicating that they did it on purpose? Then come here. If you don't want any of those things to happen - then please, please go somewhere else.
The Wendy's on the corner is really cool. We try to come through there and use some coupons. We were only able to use one with three people in the car. Which doesn't make any sense to me. They say you have to come inside and use one or more coupons. They need to fix that situation for they lose people.
The customer service was NOT that Great, and Im Big on Customer Service Regardless of what the Food Taste like... Rude People do Rude things I would NOT take a Chance on Anyone that's Rude Dealing with My Food...
Somebody was in front of me banging on the drive thru window. I'm not sure what for. But you could clearly tell the employees were terrified over the speaker. So I'll cut them some slack for taking 15mins for a lemonade. I'm sure after that they started getting all the orders correct.
The order was messed up didn’t get what I payed for. Sprite was like sparkling water at this wendys the person at the window was rude. First time back in quite a long time and won’t be back at this one again.. tried calling no answer. This wendys is on davis and san leandro blvd. No more
They screwed up food order despite it being on recipe. I ordered Asagio chicken club meal without sauce & got only grilled chicken sandwich with sauce. All sandwiches were supposed to be without sauce, but it was not the case! My hubby nor kids don't do sauces on their sandwiches so they didn't have a sandwich because of the mistake! We were just trying to hang out so I forgot to call them about it.It took more than 10 minutes, $28 & they still had order wrong!
Not good even by fast food standards which are ridiculously low.Screen in the drive-thru shows the wrong price. They take like 10 minutes per order. Forgot my drink right in front of her on the cash register and then gives me attitude for waiting at the window for it.Not looking for five-star restaurant quality service. Looking for basic competency and functionality. Really not getting it.Not worth it.

They were seriously understaffed but cheerful and friendly and food was cooked correctly.I know they're not allowed to accept tips so I folded up a $5 bill and tossed it into the window with a cheery "oops, dropped it!" as I drove off.That said, having it against company policy for fast food workers to accept tips is absolute BS. They work ridiculously hard, let us tip those that are exceptional!THAT said, when did it become Wendy's policy to hoard mayonnaise like it's gold? Let them put enough on your dang overpriced burgers fer cryin' out loud ...
Horrible place to order food they don't care about the walk ins I was ubering food and came to pick up my order as soon as I walked in no one greeted me nor was any one at the register I ask for help they ignored me for 5 min till I got to asking for a manger I told her I was picking up and order and she told me it wasn't ready never ask me the name of the order I walked over to the edge of the counter told her it was right there and saw my order was sitting there and then I asked them how long was it sitting there she told me that she just made it absolutely not I have been there for 10minutes already so I asked her to make the order over since it was cold she asked me to leave and I took the order and opened it and threw it in the garbage the food was cold even the ice was melted service was horrible customer service very bad attitude everyone in that place needs to be retrained or fired I cant believe this but this is all the time in there not the first time wendy's have people to represent there company like that I would never eat from them ever
