It took 10 minutes to make 1 sandwich. It was toasted but cold. The soup was hot enough for a lawsuit. We’ve been sitting down eating for 5 minutes and it’s still steam coming from the soup. The order was messed up multiple times. The guy appeared to be new (bless him), but the worker Kim thought that filling mayo containers and dumping trash was more important than assisting us. As we were sitting down attempting to enjoy our meal, another customer came in and Kim ran to fix his meal in less than 2 minutes flat. Another set of customers came in and Kim felt it was more important to stock the chips. At this point it’s giving racist vibes. The 2 set of customers she couldn’t help were black. The other customer was not. Definitely won’t be returning

This is my new sub shop! They make the best classic and fusion sandwiches. The Togo's near Nob Hill Grocery in Alameda is on it! So professional in the art of sandwich making. I had the turkey avocado but have tried a few more, all of which were delicious. They are a good group of people, please go see them to get your sandwich right. Thank you Alameda Togo's.

We had the pleasure of having two very nice courteous gentleman ( Chris & Salvador ) help us tonight with our order, very respectable. Thank you for being my favorite sandwich shop ?

It's a long time favorite of mine sandwiches are excellent if a little pricey but I think they are still a good value

Togos can never get it together, specify cold and they heat it up, ask for it toasted and it's cold. And they toast 'warm' up the sandwich with sauce on it so its never toasty its moist and warm. Every other sandwich shop knows how to toast a sandwich with just the bread meat and cheese. Maybe the toasting thing is just me and its just not something togos does but proper toasting is a must for me.

I was doing carpentry, my pants has holes in the knee my sweater has holes in the elbow and I'm a Pilipino... They almost didn't serve me

Sandwich was decent. Maybe a couple steps up from Subway. Subway is complete garbage, so you have a reference point. My issue is that I got a large sandwich and an ice tea. Total was close to twenty dollars. Avoid this place if you don't like throwing your money away. I'll never go back, simply because of the cost.

? Togos sandwiches, although hit with this inflation bug, stilk has some of the best sandwiches! But dang a #9 almost $20 for a large!?smh

My server was in a hurry..Wanted toasted bread and gave me a rush job..not good..

Sandwich was the best ever! Their new steak n cheese is a tasty alternative to the. Big fast food chains. I'd go again!
