I work at a nearby hospital and often on weekend evenings anytime after 8:30 I can't rely on them being open. It's like they close the dining area whenever they want. I come with multiple orders from coworkers and often have to go elsewhere because the dining area is closed and we only get x amount of time for lunch. This happened the last three times I showed each time I've come earlier hoping that they're open and to my surprise it's closed. I guess I got to start calling to ask.
After working 12 hours at Tesla... I'm not from here. Was running errands. Decided to eat at Togo's! Terrible experience. The person was rude, unprofessional, and I hope my card wasn't charged. Simply being kind would have helped. I guess.... I picked the wrong neighbor to order a sandwich. Short with me, rude , and unprofessional.
I went in one random night for milkshakes for the family and that's it. I ordered while leaving Safeway. I get in and I hear the cashier telling walk in customers we are not taking orders for about 25 minutes because we are backed up (WHAT) I was shocked honestly. It took about 15 minutes to receive my shakes and that's only because I walked up to the worker and explained I was not here for food just my drinks.
Went here for my free birthday charburger today and it was so yummy!! Fries was good too.
Better than other locations I've been to. The cheeseburger was hot, fresh, and well made. The fries were crispy and hot (unlike past visits to other locations), and the Caesar salad was fresh. All in all, this was probably the best of 5-6 visits to this chain in the past few months.
Not very good. The kid told me my order wasn’t ready and it would be another 15 minutes when my text alert said it was ready so I showed another worker and sure enough it was. The fries were super cold and soggy, burgers had no markings of which one they were and very sloppy made. 6 burgers! The restaurant is ran by little high school kids that don’t belong in the kitchen.. I won’t be coming to this place again

Came in order a bunch of burgers just to see how the place was I ordered the ahi tuna burger the Santa Fe Burger and the regular charburger I was not impressed for this will come sloppily made four seasoning pretty expensive one saving Grace is the ituna Burger was actually pretty good but I asked the person at the counter which burgers they suggest for first-timer and out of the three only the tuna burger was good the other two tasted like they might as well came from a fast food restaurant ordered some fries and some onion rings and a beverage spent almost $40 I won't be back
This is one of the worst locations that you can go to. I have ordered curbside multiple times and gotten home to only realize that I have missing items. I then have to make the decision to go back and wait in line for them to fix it or lose out on my money.I have received poorly made food, Where the food was either soggy or or was poorly put together. Today I ordered a salad because I was desperate for food and had very little options. The bacon was burnt to black And the tomatoes were mushy, meaning that they're probably old. In fact something tastes sour in my salad. At this point I'm just hoping I don't get food poisoning.I'm tired of calling to make a complaint. It's sad because I usually like the habit, but this is the worst location!
Didn't eat a burger. I ate a Caesar salad. It was drenched in dressing. Not their fault, I forgot to ask for it on side. Otherwise the food was decent.
