Went here last night for two foot longs. As soon as I pulled out the Subway coupon sheet I got in the mail the lady got an attitude, rushing me, and not listening when I was telling her what I wanted. I handed the coupon sheet to my friend that came in with me and she says "You can't share coupons in here" so I asked "Why not" and she says "Because this is a business".... SERIOUSLY... so then she rushed through making my sandwiches and rolling her eyes at me since I had to repeat myself with what I wanted because she was ignoring me and only focused on the coupon sheet. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love subway. You can get your sandwich your way. They do take out. I like their limited specials too. I had one that was curry flavored. I usually like spicy Italian, or cold cut.
This subway is allowing non-masked customers to enter the store during the Alameda County heath ordinance requiring to be masked during the Covid19 crises. In addition the employee behind the counter continued to pull his mask down while I was talking to him. They would not refund my online order even through I refused to take it after seen what was happening.

Had a coupon for footlong sandwich. Over charged and they are now charging .10 for the bags. No notice anywhere so you can yes or no. Not good. Sandwiches are still good. The "garlic bread" only uses a spread it is not baked in like the picture suggested.
