The drive thru window is very dirty
I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but this really got me. The store hours say they’re one of the few Starbucks in the bay area open until 11- don’t believe it for a second. Came at 9:45 at night, and they were closing up the lobby. A lady motioned that they were closed. Drive through line was still going of course, but pedestrian traffic was closed. Really big disappointment, especially considering I took a 40 minute Bart trip to get there. Maybe there’s a reasonable explanation, but I wish I had known before I hopped on a train and went all that way for nothing.
Friendly Baristas, very clean, but only has one electrical plug. I usually don't give less than four stars unless there's an issue to mention (big or small). The only reason I gave it three stars is due to its lack of plugs. I went there to do school work and I couldn't charge my laptop, otherwise a great store.
Great Starbucks with a drive-thru long lines they never make mistakes friendly staff the landline I'm pretty sure it's because who doesn't love Starbucks and specially they never get your order wrong shout out to the San Leandro Bayfair Starbucks crew day or night????
Very slow drive threw. At night there's people inside but they block off the drive threw and lock the doors.extremly disappointed.
Don’t order through the app they won’t follow the instructions. I put light ice on my drink and 2 pumps of cane sugar and when I arrived to the speaker I also told them no foam. They did the opposite extra ice and extra foam and no cane sugar
I bought a travel mug and a ? latte. I always have to ask them to where gloves. In COVID it should be automatic. Handling money and food should not be done. They must have these protocols in place
I get Iced Tea at Starbucks because it is insanely strong and a trente will last me all day.Popped in here this morning, got my usual Iced Black Tea, No Ice.Alex added "Extra Water" without mentioning it or asking me about it. It tastes like McDonald's Tea but for 4x the price. Nasty and Churlish. :(
Good location. Drive-thru always super busy sometimes to the point it's impeding traffic. People friendly tho
I do not like the remodel of this location. It is very clear that this location gives preference to the drive-thru line. The drive-thru line went quicker than the inside and there was only three people waiting on drinks inside. There's also no music. No Grab & Go. No cute cups or mugs. Basically... They don't want you to be comfortable inside. On top of that, the drinks were subpar. I thought it was pretty difficult to mess up a Starbucks drink but they figured it out.
