Could be a 3-word review: It is Starbucks. You like Starbucks, you will like this location. You don't like Starbucks, stay away. This location is my (limited) experience is 100% indifferentiable from other Starbucks. Hard to make a broad statement after one visit in terms of the service so this review focuses on the product offering, which is exactly the same as any other Starbucks.
I’m not really the type to write reviews but my experience right now with this marina starbucks had to be told! I placed a mobile order and got there, my drinks weren’t ready yet but one employee made sure to add extra inclusions for me and made sure I was satisfied with my drink. Best customer service I’ve ever had!
Store very clean + employees very polite ok and fair prices
This location has lied to me about products not being available. Today I ordered a drink that took 25 minutes of waiting and they lied and said they made it . I had to ask 3 times then get a shift leader over to handle the situation with a barista who had a horrible demeanor toward me. The shift leader was the one who apologized. This place is not a pleasant coffee shop to get your morning started. The one with the bright pink hair is the one who lied and a bad demeanor.
My go to. Never have to worry. Always open when I need it. Chill atmosphere & majority of patrons and staff are so friendly..
Glad to see the shop here is very busy but drinks are taking too long to get.I saw many of them working though.
They’re having a shortage of many items BUT they’re customer service is excellent!
**ONLY ACCEPTING CASH OR APP PAYMENTS**HOURS ARE TEMPORARILY CHANGED, SEE PICS***One star because on Starbucks app and Google it said they were open until 10pm. I waste time and gas coming here. I understand things happen and you have to close but someone should take just a couple of minutes and update hours of operation on the app at least. Especially since this change is for maybe a week. Be considerate of customers time and gas, which is expensive, or people maybe start thinking of quiting starbucks. Lol.

This is the best Starbucks ever. I’ve been to Starbucks all across the states and this may be my pure bias but there’s no place like a homey coffee shop like this. Especially during the holidays. Made with so much love here.
