I paid for a pizza and got the wrong pizza on take out didn’t realize until we got home and once we noticed we call the restaurant. They were very polite on the first go around and told us to stop back by and they’re fix. We informed them we were on a trip for baseball and wouldn’t be able to stop back by until the next day. They had no issue with that and ensured us we’d be taken care of the next day. As they promised. I call the next after noon and was treated horribly by the gal who greeted me over the phone. While she refused to help and kept trying to get meOff the phone when I asked to speak to a manager she said they would call me back if they came to work today and stated this is a common problem. She asked me 21 questions and told me there’s not thing they could do for me. I then asked for her managers name and or supervisors name and she told me the her manager and supervisor have told them not to let people talk to them or have there names. I wasted good money in this establishment for years and will never return. The young gal told me it not her problem she wasn’t there when it happen so yo quit blaming her like it’s her fault. They have no customer service skills and it’s sad to see such a reputable establishment have such horrible customer service. Get it together round table

Some of the staff did not greet not only myself & the other person I was with, they also did not greet those after us. They played on their cell phones, in their hair, proceeded to touch peoples food, did not change gloves & the women's bathroom was not clean. Since we ate our food in the restaurant, I let them know we saw everything they were doing; requested them to stop, wash their hands & change their gloves. Final result, some stopped this behavior & others did not. Would I recommend this location in the future? Most definitely NOT!
Refused to honor coupon and I find it weird this location is not on the RT website to make an complain nor is it on BBB
Not bad...pizza is always good! So so service from teenagers is a expected...
Called in to place a phone order went in to add more to my order and was given a straight attitude by the girl working the front counter then when I added my wings was telling the girl I needed two ranchs and gon tell me I already ordered one as if I couldn’t ask for more especially when I’m already paying for them, then my bf went to ask for the manager and they said there wasn’t a manager on site. This location is horrible with customer service well I guess that’s only if your black you get treated this way.
Order was made wrong. Pizza crust tasted like the dough wasn't fresh. The workers are very rude and unprofessional. When I called to get my order re made the manager answered the phone, asked me to hold and gave the phone to a worker who was not a manager or a supervisor who said they didnt have a supervisor or manager working tonight. I had literally just left the restaurant and had seen and spoken to the manager. I cant with this place and will definitely not be returning.

I ordered a Maui Zaui! To much sause on it and the crust was burnt. Not to mention when I went to pick it up I ask the guy if he took off the coupon. His comment was it sound like you don't trust me. I said no it's a part of life. Just was checking to make sure. And once again he said what you don't trust us. I said it has nothing to do that. I just asking. There pizza use to be good. But recently they havent been..Not mention the guy comment. Was definitely a turn off. Then to bring it home to find out there way to much sause and being burnt . Not best pizza unfortunately.
Round Table used to be my favorite pizza I don't know what happened
