I ordered on 05/23 and asked the staff member (who I won’t say his name but should) if there are any specials at this time he told me there was a special for 35% off in store pick up. I said I would like that discount. He said ok. I placed my order and he charged my card. I asked if he applied my discount and he said “no but the good thing is that you can apply my discount to my next order” . I said “that’s not what I wanted to do , I told you I wanted the 35% special”. I proceeded to say for him to cancel my order and refund me. He said that he canceled my order and that I will be refunded in 3-5 business days it’s been almost 3 weeks I have been calling multiple times a day and can’t get a hold of a supervisor or anyone else that can resolve this manner. I do not work hard for people to just take my money and I will follow up with other actions if necessary.
Recently had a small get-together with familyBoth of bathroom was out of order, and also I couldn't get any pitchers of soda they wanted me to by single cups for 20 people so had to go next door to buy soda. They didn't even offer water and they wouldn't give us a pitcher of ice which didn't make any sense because they sale pictures of beer.
We at one point stopped ordering delivery from this location bc it always took hours. Which is hilarious bc we literally live 7 minutes away.The latest delivery said , 75 mins. In reality it was less than 45. Freaking awesome. Got our fresh, hot & delicious Maui Zaui in under an hour. May order more often now.Don't forget to tip generously!!!
Got wrong pizza, they promised a credit and then never gave the credit or a refund.Don't waste your time, just get better pizza from someone else.
This is one of my favorite pizza places and lately they have been letting me down with how they don’t add enough cheese or sometimes they add too much and makes the pizza very greasy . Other times they leave pizza slices without pepperoni . This places has become one of the worst.

I tried to give them a chance. Last time I ordered from here my pizza was 2 hours late. I decided to give them a chance because I like their pizza. Same exact thing happened. I order my pizza to be delivered at 5pm but I called at 5:10pm to ask and they hadn't even started. I ended up receiving the pizza 2 hours later.
At 7:13PM I ordered a medium size pizza with six lemon pepper chicken and six buffalo chicken and six garlic bread twist and I asked them if they can please make a note not to burn the twist because every time I go they are burnt and my daughter can’t eat that and the twister her favorite part round table so they told meIt was going to take 30 to 40 minutes so by the time it was 30 minutes I Parked on the curb side and called them and let them know I was here they said it would be another 20 minutes I said that’s fine so another 20 minutes past and And the man came outside and told me was gonna be another 15 minutes so I waited 20 minutes past and I called him and they said another five minutes so I waited again by this time it’s 820 and I call him again and ask him an update a lady comes outside and brings me my order so I checked the twist and by surprise were burnt so I went inside and got into an argument with a so-called manager I was explaining to her what the situation was and she was clapping her hands in a very get away saying that no one has to yell inside there was a lot of people and everybody was talking over each other telling me that I need to stop screamingI will not recommend this place to anybody I did not feel like a valued customer and I did not leave happy if I could I would rate this location is zero
Today's delivery was fast and fresh. Our family always enjoy ordering from this Round Table Pizza location.
This pizza chain is not good they tell you an hour and 15 minutes for delivery then they make up excuses and lies when it reaches 2 hours and nobody shows up with the pizza.and it's not worth all the bull.ill just order from other places in the future sanleandro roundtable is not worth the time you'll waste for nada I'll.save my 50+bucks. And Maria ,or ron or whoever the manager is is making your company loose money and being unprofessional
