I ordered a No Contact delivery Expecting the driver to at least ring the doorbell before driving off but no knock, no ring or anything to let me know my order was delivered! I live in an apartment so I don't have a window to keep a look out for the driver. My email confirmation said it was supposed to deliver around 8 & I finally decided to take a look outside around 8:45 and sure enough my order was on the ground covered in ants!!!! Prior to that I was trying to call to see if I can get an ETA on the delivery but was going in circles with the operators trying to transfer me to the store. I went through the Pizza Hut contact form so let's see how long they take to respond or even if they do. Tell your drivers to at least knock so other customers can know if their order is delivered!!!!!
This was my first online order. I feel that when I was making a specific pizza, the options that was given was limited.
nothing they was my favorite pizza spot but not any more i want be eating there again and want recommend anyone to that location either

The pizza was flat and cold. The wings were old and hard. I would like a refund.
I placed an order online via iPhone app for curbside pick up. When I got the notification that my order was ready, I drove to the store only to find out that they never received my order! The staff did not even offer to prepare my order after I showed them my phone with the confirmation. Very disappointing!
Ordered 5 meat pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese, pizza was dry, didn't taste extra nothing!!!! ? Hardly no meat! What a big fat $22 disappointment! Never again!!!!! ?
Order never came was never informed the order was canceled. Drive to location during business hours and they were closed during business hours. Called store the next say said they had no drivers and was told the store manager would be contacted. I was never contacted called again today spoke to a rude rep who transferred me to a ringing number with no answer. Today again let down! Horrible service. I’ll stick to round table!
The crust was not really cooked enough. I ordered butter/garlic on the crust. I did not taste any of it (Texas makes a great garlic/buttery crust). 3/4 of the pizza had pepperoni. The rest did not. Probably just sloppily made?
The pizza was gross. I don't remember pizza hut being that bad but I won't be back.Remember when packets of parmasan and peppers came with your pizza for FREE. Not here you have to pay for little shakers.
