Good customer service. The only problem is the amount of homeless people that hangout there & trespass. I was sitting there for about 6 hours and I was approached by 3-4 beggars asking for money. Nothing wrong with their coffee, but only the location/neighborhood.
While I’m more of a Starbucks fan, they’re very kind to children—patient and accommodating.
The service in this place is fantastic and the employees are fabulous and always there to help you when you need it...

You will need to wait 45 minutes just to get one cup of coffee! Been like that for months now and today it was my last cup here!

My coffee was so great! I always get a Havana Cappuccino/non fat...iced or hot ,its delicious..I also got a hibiscus iced tea to go..refreshing!!
