All was great. Fast service, hot dishes, tasty, not salty nor greasy. Just perfect!!! I wonder if this is with new ownership.

Good dimsum after a couple years of no dimsum. Party of four, good service, just one bad dish at the end.Rice noodle rolls with chicken and bittermelon, good.Taro dumplings, friend ordered it but I thought it was nice.Lo Mai Gai, sticky rice and chicken in a lotus leaf, so good. I always try to get this wherever.Pork short ribs, good.Baked cha siu bread, good.My only bad experience, we ended with a Crunchy fried noodles dish with bittermelon. The noodles were too salty for all of us.

San Leandro hidden gem.Amazing. No need to go to SF.The BBQ pork bun is one of the bays best. The giant clams with vermicelli is a must.Dimsum is awesome. Enjoy.

If you like lower end quality dim sum with huge portions, you will like this place. They also need to tidy up the host area and dining area. I saw trash (paper receipts and paper napkins) laying on the floor.

Came on a Tuesday morning a little after they opened. Was surprised to find the restaurant already half full. The menu consisted of your typical dim sum dishes (shui mai, har gow, chicken feet, etc.). The food was average as was the service. Nothing bad to say, but also nothing outstanding. The place was almost full by the time we left so they must be doing something right.

I drove 30 miles to pickup based on Facebook recommendations. I ordered ahead with qmenu and put in hefty tip so I can get the food on 5:45 pm (1st available pickup slot). When I got there, I was told 1st available for qmenu customer is 6pm. I finally got food at 6:15. The round trip took 2:45. The food is ok, but the portion is small.

I hate pretty decorations.Look good potential,But ,prices r high 2.Not worth.High prices, small portions.V paid 78.90 for 2 person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Won't try anymore, such pretty restaurant.

Well above average quality - and good size dim sum portions. I might have been the only caucasion there; a good sign of authenticity. Free parking, excellent Chinese grocery store next door. Service was fast and helpful.
