I ordered online. A space to write down your special request, so i did. At their website, theres no chow mein so i put it as special request. When i picked it up, so glad to see that they have it on display. But unfortunately i was not able to check my order before i left, so i just found out that it's only brown rice, no chowmein. Plus, im so disappointed how they cooked the brown rice. It's a porridge!
My husband had to use the bathroom before he went ahead and stood in line to order our food and the lady at the register whom we asked if we needed a key or code had the rudest and snobbiest look on her face and literally brushed me off like she was to good to speak to us and I don't condone bad behavior and lack of home training when no need be...she literally walked away from me to do nothing
You like Panda Express as a general rule? You will like this place. Just like McDonald's, Starbucks, Coca Cola -- it's almost 100% the same from location to location so it's a bit absurd to review any one location as compared to others in terms of the product. In terms of the service, I've only been there once and that was at the end of the lunch hour, so the service speed was reasonable and on par with other Panda Expresses.
I wanted a cup for just water they were out and refused to let me have the regular size cut unless I would pay $2.65. I argued a bit and lost then had to ask for the cookie!! Very rude! I used the empty top of my conditioner to get some water
They messed up the fried rice. It was mushy and clumpy. Rather gross. The Beijing beef and orange chicken I had were fine
I ordered the broccoli beef nad I just got only broccoli, the fried rice tasted old and was not hot.... I'm not happy with my experience today
The food was splendid I would suggest the eggplant tofu. The service is amazing and quick especially Melvin who assisted me with order.
I love their food but their portions became smaller every time, especially at Marina blvd California. The employees looks like under influence due to the guy standing there and watching their hands, I'll never going there anymore.

cold soggy food, 2 pieces beef ALL broccoli. Nasty. Grub Eats driver delivered promptly.
