We are in America USA they need to learn the language before working period. At the very least.
My rating is not about the food since McDonald's menu is the same everywhere else. My one star is for the restaurant manager who chose not to diversify the workforce. To my knowledge there is still affirmative action. But all employees including the restaurant manager is 100% Hispanic. There used to be a Black employee a few months ago, but not anymore. I am Black and unemployed. With the Black unemployment rate at an all time and increase in homelessness, I have chosen not to eat at another McDonald's restaurant until they hire a person like me.
I ordered the oatmeal please make sure if you get the oatmeal that it is cooked i didn't it was cold and raw. Had to do it myself.

Order sausage McMuffin for breakfast at 6:30 am you would think food is hot and fresh, sausage treated old muffin was hard and hard to chew it tasted like I bit into lard?

Soooo happy with the customer service here!!!I ordered via app just to make my trip home easy and I thought I was set. Arrived at the restaurant I come to find that not only was I charged via app but my order didn't go through.I asked for help and Nora and a younger gentlemen made time to assist even though they had a bit of a wait....but I was happy they took time to help me.Although I had to reorder and pay a 2nd time, my order was quickly made and Nora was even sweet enough to give me a refund for the online order!!! Saved me time having to call my bank!!! I love this place!!!
The usual Mickey D food. Enough said.
