Rude Lady because I didn't know the new name of the Italian Bread Pizza!!!Seriously, people are not eating here that often, YOU don't have any menu's up and you got an attitude!! Can I have an iltalian Cheese bread with pepperoni please? That's all...gesh... I'm not about to argue about a $8.00 Pizza...If that's the name...OKAY, FIX YOUR TV'S FOR YOUR MENU DISPLAY AND DON'T ACT LIKE EVERYONE EATS HERE ON THE REGULAR...

I paid for my pizza on the internet. When i went to pick it up lil Ceasars was closed it was 8pm. I called for my refund. It has been 8 days and no refund. When i call i get put on hold for 40 minutes to an hour then i get transferred to voicemail. Lil ceasars took money for a pizza when they were closed and wont give me back my money. No one will.even talk to me. Basically they stold my money.
I like the Little Ceasars app! I ordered online, when I got there, they were putting our order in the machine. I typed the number in & was off!Our boys love Little Ceasars! Can't go wrong with a pepperoni pizza to fill them up!
I honestly think the owners should fire everybody and hire new people. First thing first the way they answer the phones if they answer is so unprofessional then to top it off they are using the same cutter to cut cheese and pepperoni pizza when people are vegetarian why would you cross contaminate so inconsiderate. I use to work for a well put together little Caesar’s in Fremont and never have I ever been this disgusted I would really like corporate number so I can complain avoid going here place is nasty
Do yourself and your family a favor and get pizza from somewhere else. Placed an online order. Door dash fulfills these orders. Driver came and didn't have the drinks I paid for - when asked he said this was all he had. Called the number given for any problems with the order was on hold for over 20 minutes. Googled how to get a refund for a wrong order and one of the results said to call the store that fulfilled the order for a refund. Called the store. Spoke to 2 different people telling them the SAME thing about what went wrong with the order. All I wanted was a refund; I could hear each of them translating to someone else in Spanish in the background. The 2nd person I spoke to said I could come in and pickup the drinks. I told her the whole point in me getting the order delivered was *obviously* so I didn't have to drive to the store. She then passed the phone to a 3rd person who was extremely difficult to understand and didn't use full sentences when she spoke. Itold her 2x what I had already told the other two employees. When I asked for the manager she claimed to be the store manager. She said her name is Laura then when I asked to spell it out, give me her employee ID and the number for corporate all of the sudden she acted as if she couldn't hear me and asked if I can call back. I refused to call back.. She spelt out Lora and kept saying she couldn't hear me if i can call back and then she disconnected. Tried calling right back they let the phone ring numerous times then someone picked up and hung up right away. Kept trying to call back and the same thing happened. After 7 tries I'm back on hold with doordash trying to get a refund while getting ready for work. If this is how they treat you over a simple refund, imagine how customer service must be in store and over anything else! **update after another 15min on hold with little Ceasars customer service the refund has been requested. How a STORE MANAGER couldn't figure out how to do that is beyond me if I could give 0 stars this store would be the unlucky winner.. Once again, if you're in need of a quick inexpensive meal avoid this place at all costs.
found a dark strand of hair in my pizza box & once i called i was only offered a new pizza? for what ? so i can get hair in that one too? really unprofessional people as well. never coming back disgusted asf?
I love the hot and ready when I go here I don't have time to cook dinner so I always ask what's hot and ready and that's what I get
