The service was so bad. The male waiter was in a rush, barely listened. Never checked on us. Waited 40 minutes after we ate just to have to askFor the check ourselves. It was not busy. The food was cold. Then when he did bring the check, he just slid it on the table and kept moving. No thank you no nothing. If you’re used to the old la piñata, don’t hold your breathe. Only good for the bar.

Went to this location for first time since the pandemic. The food was excellent, we had chicken fajitas, shrimp Cameron and burritos. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The only complaint that I would have , is when you first arrive it's very confusing as to where you need to go. We had to wait in the line for a long time before somebody approached us. Most of the people in line had a reservation and the restaurant waa still scrambling to get atable. It should be .somebody at the post at all times to greet the people

Came here with a friend inside was packed se went outside to the patio which is like on the other side of the parking lot. They didn't turn on the lights. So it was like eating out under a street light.Waiters were nice. Food was alright. They were really under staffed looked like they needed about another 5 waiters and few more cooks. And there was a huge line for inside dining. They place is nice and the staff were great.Salads are big. But they only give out a small thing of dressing like a pound and half salad with a shot of dressing.Over all it was a okay experience.Be patient. They are short staffed. Like everywhere else. Be nice and courteous.Thank you to all the staff who work hard at that place. You deserve a raise.

It could use a good cleaning, but the food is good. I got a few things cause I wanted to try a bunch of new stuff. I got empanadas with shrimp i enjoyed this, pop corn shrimp tastes like its from a bag, the LA Pinata Special steak meal and was disappointed... the plate was huge but was mostly rice and beans. There was one piece of steak that was super thin and didn't have that lovely Mexican flavor, it just taste a bit burnt. Also the chips that they serve fresh and warm are bomb!

Overpriced Mexican food and horrible customer service. The guy taking our order wanted to rush everything including my grandmother of 91 years old. They had open booths near the window which would be easier for my grandmother to sit and eat but they decided to sit us in the back. And May I say I overheard the word “mayates” by the one guiding us. how disrespectful. They sat us and another party of African Americans to the back of the restaurant. I will never come back to this horrific and discriminatory place. The server brought out food that he wanted to order not what we wanted. Called the manager but he didn’t seem to care. And you call yourselves restaurant? I think not.

The pork for the nachos was tender, plentiful and well seasoned. The margaritas were delicious.

We tried to go here today, it took 25 minutes to find a parking spot. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait to be seated. We didn't have that much time and left. 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot and we were starved. I gave 3 stars because we know the Fremont location is awesome. The outdoor seating has taken up a lot of the parking lot.

Friendly environment. Hosts are great.

This place is popular. Wait time is expected, but isn't always a thing. Went twice this week and servers were a bit hot and cold, out of sorts for this venue, that could be the adjustment to getting back to regular indoor service. Great food, great drinks.

Been going for years always great, just wish they would open the bar area back up. They still serve drinks which are still great but just miss that happy hour. And the great working class vibe it brings.
