This place is so disorganized and so slow. They are constantly out of stuff, make you do online orders for the same thing they charge double in person. The people working move so slow. They make so many mistakes and rather than make it right they use excuses and just refund money. Go to a different place, they skimp on portions and quality is low.

This KFC is poorly managed and the employees at the drive up window are lazy. I went there this evening Sunday January 23, 2022 at around 6pm, I ordered at the drive up window an Original two piece combo breast/wing and after about 3 or 4 minutes the order taker told me to hold on and then said, they only had 1 original breast left and no original wings left.Three points:1. This is my first post with respect to this KFC. I have had numerous issues with orders at this KFC all at drive up window ie; items ordered are missing, drinks with no ice etc.2. Why would the order taker ask me if I wanted Original or Crispy if there was no Original??3. Being that it's Sunday and football playoff weekend how do you run out of your signature recipe? It was 6pm they close at 10pm......I know why poor management!!
I thought the orientation and food were very well worth it. The service was non existent
Tried to go in and order, doors were locked at 1:10pm on Wednesday. Wish they were open.
Rude customer service over in drive thru and missing items. Listen carefully to what people order before you pretend like you got it.
A little rude at drive thru menu. Also not one single trash can so parking lot was riddled with litter.
Great place but need to focus on cooking food
