The wait time for me to get 2 drinks was 30 minute wait. The server was rude also.
We love Jamba Juice. Was even nicer now as we supported a fundraiser and was a BOGO. I have to compliment them for providing the opportunity for organizations to participate in the program as a fundraiser to support the local community. Also enjoy the smoothie add ins. Enjoy!
Very clean and well-organized place. Super kind staffs and tasty juices.
The people working here are taking forever, have the music blasting, are moving slowly like they don't want to be working and had half the lights off to make it look like they might be closed... last time I come to this location.
Just got refrigerated old orange juice, while I was charged for a fresh one. This place needs supervision.
Our visit was typical for a Jamba juice. We waited for a while to have our order taken. We didn't wait long once our order was placed. They do pick up orders here keeping the drinks in a freezer.
Just left Jamba Juice at Bay Fair and I got the worst drink ever! I asked for a greens and ginger, doubled blended. Instead I got a rushed juice with fruit chunks in it! The females at that location prepare the drinks properly and all of the males rush. I knew he had prepared it wrong when he poured my juice in a cup and then back in the blender. I know whom he his too!
For the last to visit to Jamba juice the workers had long artificial nails and they we're making customers order without gloves on and THAT IS VERY UNSANITARY. When I asked the worker to put on gloves the worker got mad and didn't put any gloves on
This place has changed recently.. You are better off not placing a mobile order; they don’t look at them. More than 2 times is a pattern.
This place usually is pretty speedy but coming in here lately there is always a line. One or two employees are actually working and the rest go into the back. While there was a line one of the employees decides to go on his phone and finally after a customer snapped about it he started helping people. One girl employee even came in without a mask on. Frankly this place is not ran that well and I’ll be going to a different Jamba Juice in the future.UPDATE:Waited 30 minutes and they didn’t even have what I fully ordered. Waste of time going there and WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
