I am very disappointed with the establishment at this location. It was a nice evening so I decided to walk. When I get there the doors are locked but it is early and employees are eating in the dining room. I knocked on the door and was directed to come to the side door which is also locked. I am then directed to walk thru the drive thru. Well the employee at the drive thru window says he won't serve me and tells me that they are not letting people into the restaurant because they are short staffed. And to come back tomorrow and to go eat at Burger King which is exactly what I did. Jack in the Box won't be seeing me anytime soon.
Locals know how to enter the drive thru which could be somewhat confusing since it’s a small Jack branch.
Well I bought 3 items, but unfortunately I failed to check my order. 2 items missing. Tried to call , but kept getting a recorder. Finally , reached an employee, Maggie, said to come tomorrow and get the whole order free. She wasn't there but the employees hooked me up with my original order. That's customer service at its best. Thank you
I asked for curly fries and got regular fries. My kid was not happy but of course I was not about to go back..it was correct on the screen, idk why they ask that if maybe they are the ones that need to check if the order is correct hut whatever
I was very disappointed.1. French were Cold2. Lettuce in the Salad was either white stem or the yellow core of the head.
I asked for extra cheese in my loaded tacos. The guy taking the order ashes me twice. I asked him if they could do that he said yes. They gave me about a 1/2 teaspoon. Only taco sauce, in the trash they went.
Didn't have onions to put in my cheez burger. Staff are stubborn with customers.Edit 2022:- Large size fries was given half the proper amount/half-full. See pics. Paid for EXRA onions, but actual sandwich barely hand ANY onions. Poor sandwich worse than Burger King. ☹
The whole lunch was wrong ask for garlic fries got plain fries sodas was wrong hamburger was wrong I almost ask for my money back but I was hungry
Fast and sufficient what can you say. But keep up the good work.
