I don't understand why this location always takes forever on each person's order. Everytime I go to this Jack there line is super long and it takes forever for each car to get their order. If a order is taking longer then others placed then they should do what other fast food restaurants do and ask them to pull up and park and someone will bring their order out to them instead of making everyone else wait. Really though they need to either employ more staff or start looking for a staff that can hustle faster, it's called FastFood after all!
Every time I come to this location they mess my food up . I stay near by so it’s convenient but not when they can never get the order right . And it’s always a long line which is a long wait employees seem to be always laughing and talking to eachother instead of making sure the food is packed and passed out correctly. Management needs to really get they’re employees in line. And train them correctly . It’s really disappointing when I’m spending money on food that isn’t correctly made in sitting in lines when gas prices has raise Al just for my food to be wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME . a few times I have been there the staff wasn’t reallly friendly I try to not give a hard time because I work in customer service so I understand but it’s frustrating when the workers aren’t doing they’re job correctly . Needs better customer service training.
I don't know much about the amount of customer service their staff received but I would suggest they put more effort into that. 9 or is 10 times, they usually get it right. On the rare occasions that they fail they fail miserably. The number of tacos I ordered are missing and by the time I noticed, it's already too late because I am at home and no way am I willing to drive back just to grab one of two tacos. Today, instead of driving through, I decided to walk in. Order my usual stuff and off I went nope! The individual manning the register had issue ringing people up and I wasn't the only one. Of course I'm patient, the cashier was cute, what was I supposed to do...complain right off the bat. Yes, there is such a thing as pretty privilege and yes I'm an enabler to an extend. She forgot my bbq sauce, my ketchup, napkins and straws. I wasn't mad since I could help but be blinded by her cuteness...lol. Had it been someone else, I might had said something. Anyhow, got my order went to my truck and as I was about to grab for my fries. I was wondering where my ketchup were and that's when everything else made sense. I'm sure she nervous and the kind of customers can get a little crazy and intimidating. Moral of the story? None! I still drop by there and yes she still work there and yes I can get a little bashful as well.
I used a coupon for 2 sourdough jack, love it ?, the guy that took the orders was very helpful??
It’s been pretty hit and miss here. Never forget an item but they are either super fast or ridiculously slow where you could go up to 10 minutes before being acknowledged but they have good customer service once they do.
Had a huge difficult order and they got it all right and we're super fast at having it ready by the time we got to the window. The only complaint I have is that the curly fries were over cooked and we're disgusting. Other than that everything else was all good. And they were very nice people and very friendly. They also accept EBT cards which is amazing. I would recommend this specific jack n the box and I will come here again in the future.
Went here this morning to order the #22 breakfast combo. I had to repeat myself several times to complete the order. Then drive up to the window and paid. I asked for the receipt and that they hand me the receipt instead of leaving it in the bag. The lady who took my order dumps the receipt directly into the bag ignoring my request. I told her next time please listen to the request and not put the receipt into the bag. Her response was ok just go. I've come to this store very often and this lady was just plain rude and didn't even follow a very simple request to just hand the receipt officer with the card instead of throwing it into the bag. And instead I get unnecessary attitude. You guys really need to retain your staff that get to wear the black shirts.
This jack in the box takes your order has you pay then tells you to wait in parking lot for food to be done . Took close to 20 min for my order to come out. I don’t understand this. Drive thru , not drive park and wait. Night staff is terrible. Never ordering here again.
Drive thru servicecwas a bit slower than usual, even for lunch time.... but the food was Delish!!
This jack in the box needs to get out of the box and order hashbrowns or give a discount for bad management also voice in the box turn up the volume on you head phones I can hear you loud and clear 10_4 and stop bla ming the driver and take the order if you don't hear it's not my fault get the hash brown out of your ears listen to me not jack and Jill fry cook I'm the one who pays you that just confuse you. Bad service no customer care and move it along attitude is why jack fell down off that hill.
