Simple burgers but they are pretty tasty, the Animal Fries are a good twist to cheese Fries, inexpensive but you get what you pay for. One thing I didn't like was, they placed a few orders on the counter but didn't call out the order numbers, so after about 3-4 mins go by, I went up to the counter and the employee was just moving the orders as if they where on display, she looks up at me and ask me which order am I waiting on, I pointed at the one right in front of her, prior to my order and even after, order numbers where called out as the order was placed on the counter.
Excellent customer service from the order taker and clean up crew. The cooks did a fantastic job cooking the cheeseburgers and fries. It tastes like home cooking with the veggies on the burgers. The restaurant was packed with customers for this reason. I will dine there again next time I shop the area. It is the best cheeseburger restaurant I've ever visited, compared to Burger King, McDonald's, and other fast food chains.
I had the pleasure of going to this simple, elegant restaurant with several of my college friends. At the time, I was on a keto kick. Fortunately, to my surprise, they had keto-friendly options. So I had a delicious lettuce-wrapped bacon burger thanks to the sage wisdom of one of my new fast friends. Finally, we had a significant change to our large order, and it provided my friend with peace because the cashier made it easy. Specifically, their statement that "we have a button for that" changed the course of his night. Thank you for your fantastic service and creating a space for good friends to unwind.

I don't like In-N-Out as much as your average Californian. I kinda feel like everyone over exaggerates how amazing their food is. Or maybe I just don't have as good of taste as everyone else. Lol. It might be because I wasn't taken there a lot as a child. I grew up in Cali but I didn't grow up on n&out. I also didn't meet up with friends after school to eat there every week like some of my school mates. In HS me and my friends would rather spend our money on more recreational things. Then walk home and make food creations at home with what we had in the fridge. Lol

I bought double double burger. I had a bite and found out it was single. I brought in to show. They told me to open the burger for them to check. They pointed out the other meat but I did not see anything else. Finally they took the burger back and gave me replacement after 15 minutes of waiting without any apology. This was the rudest ever I went to In & Out. Please tell if were you, what would you do?
It was really late at night. This is one of those places that's stay open late. This, why we chose it on this night. Very busy. My fries were cold. The burger had a hard part on the bun and one of the patties. Telling me it was sitting out. I've been here before with no issues. Why this time? 4 hours later...bathroom issues??? Not sure if it was them, but I'm not going back for a while. No matter how late and hungry I get.
Great service! It was super busy but they got the order right, even with weird customizing for the kids. The cashier was on top of it clarifying the orders and really saved point road trip. Thanks for the yummy burgers and shakes!
As a tourist, all my friends have advised me not to miss in and out when I am in california and they were right!The menu is simple you don't have many options to choose from yet you can't go wrong with any choice.The burgers are well made and they taste good. The staff is friendly and they are very generous with the halapenos when you ask for them. They also gave my little one a cap which made her very happy.Overall an experince not to miss.Note: I believe it is better to enjoy the burger take away yet be prepared for a long queue either drive through or in the restaurant.
