This is my to go place , staff is always nice and friendly . Service is in timely manner , they get really busy !!
I really love their foods and drinks. The best are these: M8, M7, Black Tea Oreo, Matcha with Redbeans. The best to go foods are popcorn chicken and takoyaki. I'm just very disappointed with the customer service. So learn from my experience, order ahead either from call or online and PAY RIGHT AWAY! Or else it's nonsense to make the order because you have to still fall in line even your order is just sitting right next to the cashier.Having a prepaid pick up counter is useless! Very frustrating. Also, I ordered m8 they gave m7. So let them repeat your order and also like any other department stores, they charge 10 cents for the plastic bag.
Finish my drink and still got 2/3 cup of ice. Requested light ice but they said the ice level is fixed. Ordered large cup turns out they just added more ice. San Leandro itea SO DISAPPOINTED!!! ?
Customer service is HORRIBLE !!! ???I ordered this drink two days ago. I didn't say I wanted it hot. It came hot. It's very normal, right? Cause the picture shows it is hot. OK, so... today, I came here and ordered the same drink again. I pointed at the picture and said I want that. However, it was cold when it came out. I talked to the staff and she said, "Oh, you didn't say so. It comes like that. All drinks are cold if you don't say you want it hot." And... the staff refused to change it for me. ?
One of the better-run franchises of all the i-tea locations in the bay. Spacious (before pandemic readjustments) and an expansive menu. Staff works hard to provide the best quality items at high volume because this place can get PACKED. My go-to spot whenever I'm in town.
Good, but not as good as their price may suggest. A bit over priced for what it is, both food and drinks.
One of my favorites for sure, the Tiramisu boba tea is definitely smth to try!!
