We had bad experience having lunch here on a Sunday. I and my wife went inside, there was only one table had been served with 2 adults and 2 children. After had us seated about 5 min they started take an order. We ordered pot that had half spicy and half non spicy, 1 disk of slice angus beef, 1 disk of slice lamb, 1 disk of shrim, 1 frisk of fish ball, 1 disk mushrooms, 1 disk of tofu, 1 portion cauliflower, 1 watercress and 1 rice noodle. All ingredients were acceptable of freshness. The taste of both the broths were OK same like other hot pot restaurants, of course broth contented lot of MSG but it's OK with us.Here was the bad. We were having lunch, almost cleaned out foods on the table but still then a waiter brought out the tab and placed it on our table. About 5-10 minutes later that waiter came again, open the tab and asked, are you done? I looked up at him then looked down the table which some foods still on the table, I didn't say a word and continuing my lunch. After I signed the tab, that waiter took the tab with him went back to his counter then the light at our table was turned off......I and my wife speechless.....Another, they automatically charged us the tip, 15%. I called the water and asked, they called that it's a service charge. There will not a second time for us to go to here and anyone I know will be warned.
First time here for hot pot. We got the pig stomach soup base. The soup actually tastes pretty good. Food variety is quite abundant. Aside from the raw stuff, they also offered cooked items as well. Price wise, it's actually not that bad compared to other hot pot places in Fremont or Milpitas. This is a nice surprise. I was really hungry so I forgot to take pics until toward the end. They were quite accomdating too, we stayed at least 30 mins after closing and they didn't bother us at all. Definitely recommend it all y'all hotpot fans. It definitely caters more to the Cantonese crowd more so keep that in mind when you go.
We've been here several times and love the courteous and quick service of the staff. The food is always very fresh, but because of the pandemic, our choices were definitely impacted by the lack of availability in many vegetables and meats. Before, there was such a great variety and it was FABULOUS! It was still very enjoyable and delicious, but limited.
Very nice presentation of the ingredients. The broths were decent, nice selection of ingredients available. Felt a bit pricey to me, but we did order quite a bit!
Used to be my fav hotpot place when AYCE. Now they re-open and you pay for a single item you order. Pricey and not as good as I expected
Very pricey. $140 for 3 people's lunch
Sorry everyone but I didn't go there I went to a store next door to it called buy buy baby African American own store that does custom printing you email us the picture and we'll put it on a hoodie or shirt for you I'll give it a five the people that go there and look really nice and are really nice and it looks good I'll give it five stars for presentation I haven't been in there though
One of my go-to places to grab something to eat. good location, well organised, and excellent service. A must try!
I have been coming here since they opened and their food is reliably good. The dim sum here is exquisite. Since the pandemic, I have been coming here for take out dim sum and regular dinner menu items. It works for me!
Definitely a spot worth stopping over, the food is good and fresh, the costs are convenient and it is always neat there. Highly recommended.
