Great Mexican food, good service
Fuxken horrible , second time comming and I waited 30mins for them to ask me what I wanted to drink , an hour later for them to bring my food . Bad customer service and the food isn’t good either . Dont recommend comming at all . For a new restaurant i would asume they would step up their game . I should of went to Mendozas next door .!
I went to this restaurant as a last minute trip, I had never been to this establishment before. I have heard good things about this restaurant and I wanted to try it out. I always like to sit down and eat and not get it to go but I had places to go. My lady friend had the carne asada chimichanga, my bro had the carne asada burrito and I had the pastor burrito. I loved my burrito and my friends liked their food also. Since I was getting it to go I was not able to use the restrooms but I will next time. They have a nice patio area and a full bar. The employees were courteous and quick to help.
My family use to come here a lot but they served my dad with a sea food dish in which had a lot of sand ? this clearly shows they DO NOT INSPECT THEIR FOOD after my parents told the waiter lady (she always has a mean face) she said she was going to charge him half off because he ate some of it ? WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS? My parents paid because they didn’t want to make a scene right then and there. Later on my mom kept thinking about it and she called the manager and he said basically the same thing! My family loved this place and they recommended it to anyone they knew but after being treated very badly by the staff there and even the MANAGER we never went back again and the manager still charged the transaction. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE NOT FRIENDLY STAFF AND TERRIBLE FOOD . If you’re reading this you’re better off eating at taco bell seriously ! Mi familia solía venir mucho aquí, pero le sirvieron a mi padre un plato de mariscos en el que había mucha arena. Esto muestra claramente que NO INSPECCIONAN SU COMIDA después de que mis padres le dijeran a la camarera (siempre tiene una cara mala) que le iba a cobrar la mitad de descuento porque se comió algo de ella. ¿QUÉ TIPO DE LUGAR ES ESTE? Mis padres pagaron porque no querían hacer una escena en ese momento. Más tarde, mi madre siguió pensando en ello y llamó al gerente, ¡y él dijo básicamente lo mismo! A mi familia le encantó este lugar y se lo recomendaron a cualquiera que conocieran, pero después de ser tratados muy mal por el personal de allí e incluso por el GERENTE, nunca volvimos de nuevo y el gerente aún cobró la transacción. SERVICIO MUY POCO PROFESIONAL, PERSONAL NO AMABLE Y COMIDA TERRIBLE. Si estás leyendo esto, ¡es mejor comer en Taco Bell y agarraras mejor servicio que aqui!

Great food. Awesome people. Came here after doing laundry.Chips and salsa are great.Waitress are awesome. Super great service.Best Mexican food I had In a while.I had huevos rancheros and grilled chicken super burrito.Great atmosphere. Waitress was beautiful kind and sweet.Cook was amazing food was ready in like no time at all.
I have been here multiple occasions and it is very inconsistent. Initially the food was very good with generous portions, but as time has gone on it has really declined.Recently I went with my family and asked to sit outside, as it was fairly crowded in there and I am not trying to catch COVID. The staff continued to suggest that we sit inside throughout the meal so that they would not have to run the patio heater. We then realized that they are so severely understaffed that we were pretty much being ignored once we ordered. We even had to stand in line inside for 30+ minutes to pay the bill with other frustrated customersSeveral of us had the El Portal combo, and the Chile rellenos were rock hard, enchiladas were made with old tortilla, and the sope had the texture of rubber. To add insult to injury they were stingy with the rice and beans and covered the plate in wilted lettuce.Will not be coming back here under any circumstances.
The good was excellent, but the service was poor. We waited a while to be seated, then waited even longer to place our order. Our food came but we had no silverware. When we asked for some they brought 1 set even though there were 3 of us.
Wow that burrito is huge!!! Excellent sauce, homemade I think. Tons of steak and a little bit too much rice for me, I should have gotten frejoles instead. But I'll definitely be back it was excellent.
