The manager at this place is terrible! Every time we do a online order we still gotta wait more then 20minutes. I complained to the manager and she tried to blam it on her staff not rotating online orders in. YOUR THE MANAGER! It's your job to make sure they are doing things correctly if not don't put them on the food line. This was the last time for me I want be back to this location.
Dry Stake and chicken old fajitas and horrible customer service looks like their don't have quality control any more or is just that store!!!?
The food was fresh and the service was good. Not knowing places to eat while visiting Oakland, we went with what we know and Chipotle did not disappoint.
This is the worst location ever the manager and staff are the worst I’ve ever seen and very rude. I come here on Wednesdays for lunch every week, I come here because there really isn’t many places to eat in this area ,there are at least 8 employees including the manager working here I’m the past i would come and stand inline to place an order and I and other customers stand in line at least 30 minutes because the manager is doing online orders and customers in line don’t matter. The rest of her staff seem clueless, so today i decided to change up and ordered online, so i placed an order @ 11:40 am order was supposed to be ready by noon. I get to location at noon order not ready as I’m waiting other customers already here have been waiting for 20 minutes so I’m thinking here we go after waiting at store for more than 30 minutes i asked if i could get a refund she snaps at me and tells me to go back online and get your refund there, I’m sorry but don’t get mad at me because you can’t get the orders out at a reasonable time . Again she has employees working the line and a cashier , and it seems she and her staff are clueless
The "manager" here is a joke. She fails to keep enough workers on staff to cover the lunch rush, and then consistently performs poorly during the lunch rush.Food quality is hit or miss. Portion is hit or miss. Online order timing is hit or miss. Cleanliness of the food preparation line is hit or miss. (I suggested an employee wipe up sour cream before continuing orders, she met me with attitude and excuses)Meanwhile the "manager" is at the grill flipping meat with absolutely no clue as to the overall operation of the restaurant.I just had a chat with the "manager" and she told me she's hired 100 people in the last 4 months. I understand why the 100 people left.Just check the other recent reviews. Mostly low ratings.I won't be returning.Slice house is awesome around the corner!
We love Chipotle, but this location always lets us down. Whether we visit in person (small portions), or order through the app for home delivery (forever forgetting things or making items wrong), or ordering for pick up (always later than pickup time in ap and often wrong items)... this is a sad, sad outpost for an otherwise excellent chain restaurant.
Is this the one in Foster City they gave me some spicy chicken and a about stomach upset they need to tell you it was going to be spicy chicken or not I just want a regular chicken but besides that it was good

Very slow service! No access to the restroom !! Terrible service. I did mobile order and was waiting 40 minutes. I came to chipotle and ask them about status of my order . They told me I have to wait even I was already on the line ! They don’t allow you to use restroom if you don’t have a receipt! But how if your order is being made for 40 minutes !?? Online is not faster it’s longer with chipotle !! Don’t recommend this place !
