Nice and authentic Chinese bakery.

I went to the bakery yesterday around 2 pm because i was craving for some pork buns. It satisfied the taste but i have been to better tasting bakeries with the same foods. The appearance of the bakery is plain and normal. Kind of run down because the furnishings are old. The tables and chairs are put away. Im assuming because of covid. There was one person working the cash register and almost the whole counter was blocked off by plastic. Again. I think covid just makes things look a little bit more ugly. The service was quick and easy. The restaurant does take cards with a $10 min. So i had to buy more than one item. I tried the pork buns and it was very flavorful. They had a decent amount of filling in there. I did not feel like my money was wasted. Then i tried the cream puffs ones and the breading was a little stale and there were soooo much cream. I could not eat all of the cream. Again the portions are worth it. But the quality is okay. The service is ok too.

If there’s 0 I would love to give a 0 to this store.SUPER RUDE customer service that I haven’t experienced before. There’s 20 minutes wait for steaming the dim sum. Plus the quality is pretty bad too. I can’t even tell that’s the Fried Shrimp dumpling 明虾角?SUPER OVERCOOKED and doesn’t taste like it AT ALL.Please pick somewhere else if you want authentic Chinese dim sum and bakery.

Staff isn't friendly, almost to the point of welcoming

The mini hot dogs......my goodness!!

It's okay, not bad but not the best. I got a cha siu bao. Their buns are so fresh they're literally proofing the next batch right in front of you. Not as much filing as I prefer in the cha siu bao, but still passes. If you want steamed buns, you might have to wait a bit if you go early. Otherwise, baked buns are more or less ready asap.

Anytime I see a "Chinese Bakery" that serves any kind of savory treats, especially dim sum, I always make the time to check it out. This nondescript bakery, in "Manor Square" a mall in San Leandro, did not really impress, but it's didn't really disappoint either. One thing I noticed is that a lot of the "dim sum" looks the same, because it has the same lightly baked golden brown bun around it. But it doesn't taste the same! I got the classic BBQ pork bun, the "Five flavor burger" and the "Chicken Bow", and for dessert the classic sweet bean ball with chewy texture. all four items cost about $3.86While I tore off most of the bun, (too much bread for my taste) it did occur to me that for even $2 someone can go here and get enough to not go hungry that day, so for cheap eats this place is great.I am told they have more available that I did not get to try, because they were sold out. My photo is on the dash of my car, (Sorry. Bag tore and I had no plate) but you will get a basic idea of the things I got, and the buns they come in. (That really didn't sound right)P.

Decent bakery, ordered chicken cutlet and the pork bun, decent. Dry beef chow fun and a combo crispy noodles. Chow was as very good. Crispy noodle was ok, the sauce was not separated.

This is a little mom & pop hole in the wall offering dim sum of all sorts. Made fresh daily. You'll find it hard not to dig in while it's hot.
