It's exactly what it sounds like. It's the Dairy Belle of Panda Express. Same basic idea. Same kind of food. That is not a bad thing. This place is surprisingly solid. Low price doesn't mean low quality. I wouldn't call it top quality. It is still on par with Panda Express. However, knowing that going in, this was exactly what I expected. Cheap, quick Chinese food.Normally, the quality ceiling would probably cap them at 4 stars. However, I gave them 5 stars because of their AWESOME, full, plastic shield that protects the entire line of food from customers sneezing, coughing, and breathing. This is a good little place. I will be back for sure.
Honey Sesame Chicken: 3.5 stars
Surprisingly good food. I had the three entree meal. Broccoli beef, shrimp vegetable, pepper chicken and veggies. Good stuff for $10.00 + an Arizona green tea $1.95. I've worked nearby for 3 years and didn't know it was that good. I'll be back.
It's Alright...
The food is really good, especially the chow mein and salt & pepper chicken. The boba is a little bland though, other than that i really reccomend this place for a quick meal.
Rice was not fresh whatsoever. When we walked in there was a smell of rotten. The building itself looks ran down. Will not be coming back
Taste authentic, I like sesame fried Chicken and Singapore noodles. Definitely will come back.

Came here with my wife for lunch. Food was hot and really good! Easy parking. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Mask wearing and social distancing was enforced. There was a bit of a line but we got served quickly and was on our way. Must have been a bunch of hungry people that day.
Rip off. They shorted me on the shrimp in the shrimp with vegetables, and then when I asked for extra he charges me $2.10 for 3 extra pieces of shrimp. Really poor professionalism
