Haven't been here in 7+ years. My co-worker wanted to come here for lunch and since it's been so long I said why not. I got the classic ribeye (medium well) and he got the Cajun pasta. He liked his meal. My meal was good until I got food poisoning.Immediately after leaving I got sick. I don't know if it was the steak or the shrimp but I know I feel terrible. Giving it 2 stars because the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Good food! Drinks are watered down tho! The bar area is super loud. But my service was so nice and attentive I was happy give him his tip! The bathrooms are super nasty! My daughter would rather just hold it all the way home than go to the bathroom at this location!
My husband and I went to have some lunch after me Cantoring at a funeral, when we arrived we didn't have to wait and the place looked fairly clean. My husband ordered a Swiss cheese burger with mushrooms, with a side of fries (I tried his fries) and they were crispy the way I like them. I ordered shrimp fajitas that were served with black beans and rice and the regular toppings -they were really good-?? also they served the food in a short period of time. Good service ??
We usually have a great time eating here. Tonight is different. I believe our waitor is new. The greeter/host that showed us our table was great. Food was great. Waitor sucked.All the other days we've eaten here, excellent.
Manager was extremely rude, ordered a salad did not like it asked for it to be changed for another. They told me yeah and minutes later the manager approaches my table interrogating me as to why I didn't like the salad, her tone was rude, made everyone at the table uncomfortable, like she was scolding us or something lol. Accusing me of lying because I had already taken some bites of my food, like yeah of course I did how else would I try it ?? Don't recommend go to a different location.
I literally placed my curbside order from the parking lot and checked in 5min after placing my order. 10 min after the latest time it was supposed to be brought out to me there was still no food. I went in and my order still was not ready. I sat for about 5 min and the lady wanted to take the payment. I asked is the order ready and it still was not. I will NEVER go to that Chilli's again.
Absolutely horrible there is nothing but teenagers running that place first they tried to charge us for something we did not order they wanted us to sit back at our dirty table so we can get the receipt for making payment I don't know where all the girl that's where last night but it looks to me like they're on vacation and they need to get back there as soon as possible I never had a more horrific experience in my life I don't even trust that they wiped my card for the right amount they need to First clean it up if is nasty and dirty in there and there's nothing but teenagers running that place selling alcohol something. Right I will never go there again and please if you're smart don't order that enchiladas to petition like salt mixed with cheese it was disgusting I give it a total comes down like I said I will never go there
Waited almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged . Finally had to waive someone down to rudely be told someone else was working the front and to wait. Meanwhile 3 other groups are now waiting to be seated… when finally someone came to seat us we were informed it would be a 35 minute wait. No apologies for the wait or anything, very poor customer service. Not a place I want to eat. Wont come back. Employees obviously aren’t paid enough to care.
Ordered the bacon cheeseburger done medium and as usual it was a little over well done and the cheese was barely visual as well as the taste of it, also ordered sweet tea that was sugarless. Ordered the chicken fajitas and come to find out that there was no tortillas included! Wow ?
