Well my family go to this burger King all the time. We also use coupons. But what I really don't like is that u can only use one. But they say if u come inside. you can use 2 coupons. What makes no sense especially when it inconvenience us. When we should be able to do all this through the drive thru.
I do love the taste of their burgers but the restaurant on Davis street in San Leandro definitely needs to put their employees through some retraining. Twice in a row I’ve ordered their cheesy tater tots and twice received chicken nuggets instead.
Hit the spot, was hungry, refueled my tummy! Good chicken sandwiches. Vegetarian menu was nice to see and taste was great!
They have the best chicken sandwich by far and we have gone to all that serve them. The service was fast and very friendly and polite. The grounds could use a little sprucing up
For the first time in almost a year now I received my order without any incident. If they keep it up next time I'll give 4 stars?
No refills and food was dry like it was left out for a long time

I don't eat fast foods often but I do like the impossible burger from Burger King.
I tried to order the BOGO + $1; like advertised on TV. Unfortunate for ME, the Single Bacon King is NOT available with this promo. I had to settle for a Whopper & an Impossible Whopper. I paid cash & was given my change + receipt. But, the receipt was illegible because the ink was faded. I asked about my order & the server was so rude. & the cashier was too. I think I was over-charged or not charged the correct items. But, I don't know because the receipt was unreadable!!!
