As an East Coast transplant, I crave reminders of certain foods like New York style thin crust pizza that isn't an excuse for a sauce-laden cracker! Unlike a cracker crust, this pizza has a blistered soft and chewy thin crust loaded with goodies on top. My only complaint is they're stingy with the crumbled Italian sausage, but generous with everything else. The flavors are on point with no extra seasoning required. My favorites? The New York combo of course! The E Street and The Meat also. Vegan and vegetarian options too. Hey - Let's Cherish this local family-owned neighborhood pizzeria!!! Phone ordering is best with assigned pickup time. ENJOY!
We came for to go Pizza , as we needed to wait, grabed a beer and white pizza came …. We just left one slice before leavong the place , is reeeeeally good.
This pizza place is wonderful. Their gluten free veggie pizza is delicious! Their staff is very friendly. Don’t let the whole in the wall vibe fool you, it is by far one of the best pizza spots, I’ve ever been too and have been going there for over 2 years. I drive all the way from Sonoma county which is 60 miles for this pizza. I usually don’t eat a whole lot, but i could finish the entire box easily without sharing, just of how exquisite the taste is!
This pizza is an oasis for people from NY and NJ. Sauce is amazing, Fran is the best, and she is doing us a favor making this food. If you are lucky enough to get one these pies you won’t be disappointed. I shouldn’t even be blowing up my spot like this but I’m thankful for BlueBird.

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve had hands down ever. The amount of craft that is placed on these pizzas is something else. From the dough to the sauce, everything about theses pizzas are perfect.We ordered 16’ double pepperoni & 16’ Margherita pizza. Both came out fantastic. We were a group of four and both pizzas were plenty in size. The Margherita stole the show with its fresh basil. The smell that came off that pizza was to die for.We will definitely be making our way back to this special shop when given the opportunity.

Recently moved into the area, and my neighbors raved about Bluebird pizzeria, therefore had to try it. It definitely did not disappoint! Picked up a large sausage and mushroom pizza, that was made with love. It was a hit... so very tasty from the crust to the sauce to the fresh ingredients. This is my new pizza pie spot! Me so happy!!! ?❤️?
I tried Bluebird a few years ago and was underwhelmed. I decided to give it another shot because of all the positive reviews and thought it was absolutely delicious. Maybe they were just having an off night or maybe I ordered the wrong thing. But tonight's pizza is great. The crust is very nice and the tomato sauce is quite flavorful. Overall it tastes like they use really good ingredients. Will order again.
