Not a fan of this store. Unfriendly employees who don’t recognize a customer standing in front of them because they’re too busy talking to one another. No masks worn, store is very small and as such, has limited stock. More of a convenience store with narrow aisles with a deli. Was there when someone from headquarters was inspecting the store and still, no one was friendly or helpful.
The absolute best grocery store in the entire valley! Family owned and operated, by some of the nicest people in the world! You absolutely can’t go wrong with the nachos!
Great market with all the essentials as well as some interesting variety. Deli sandwich and coffee make for a good lunch.
Pros: Good food, very nice set up, and very clean. I enjoy going there very frequently, especially for their smoked mozzarella. Great beer and alcohol selection as well!Cons: One employee never wears her mask properly (it should tightly fit over the nose, not hanging loose) and the store is overall pricey compared to elsewhere.
I go in here all the time just to make my own salads. Let me tell you.......... everything is ALWAYS FRESH! I've had nothing but quality fruits and veggies every time. Definitely coming back for more.

Really bad customer service. They don's recognize you when you come up to the register, because most of the time too busy having a conversation on the side. Cashier's could be snappy. Not all but some. I only come here out of convenience. The company really needs to work on their customer service training.
I have been shopping at this location for about a year. It's very convenient and easy to get in and out which I appreciate. The employees at the deli are usually professional and friendly. I do at times have unpleasant interactions with the front end cashiers. They are not professional and one lady in particular is very mouthy and rude. If you shop there frequently you will know who I'm talking about. Most of the time when I walk up they are standing around talking. It would be nice if you had more professional helpful and better mannered front line employees like the other Zanottos I have been to.
Apparently when the deli is busy they'll completely screw up your order. This is the second time that they did this with my Husband's sandwich. He always orders a turkey with Pastrami and today they completely left out the Pastrami. Yesterday, they mistakenly put roast beef instead. We will not be returning. The sandwiches were okay, but quality definitely was reduced today...
Best ever vegetable selection at low prices! 3 perfect avocados for $5!! I'm amazed at how a small local shop can be so excellent. Shopping daily across the street. Totally rural European.
