It was delicious.
Order 1 dry rice noodle bowl and 1 dry egg noodle bowl. They were both amazing. Love the food.Had to ask a staff member for a menu, and call them over to order, because no one paid any attention to us and the restaurant was half empty.
Man, the soups here are so good. The flavor really gives a kick to the noodles.I highly recommended it.
Ok foods by my tastes. My wife like it. For me too much MSG. Service us OK. They almost forgot my ice coffee and was gonna charge on the bill. Place us old, lot of flies inside. Remind me 3rd world country's.
Their quality of food has been consistent in the past 8 years. I don’t go their often but their egg noodles and soup is still as good as in my memory
This is one of my Favorite Vietnamese Restaurants in San Jose bay Area.I always swing by here during Lunchtime, where it is nomally pretty crowded! Although this Restaurant is quite small and Parking Space might be very difficult at times, it is absolutely worth it for me since the food is always so great!I really like this Restaurant alot! Just down the street off of Alum Rock, which is only about few minutes away from me, that is another reason why I didn't mind coming over here to eat.I normaly ordered their Hu Tieu Nam Vang, Hu Tieu Trieu Chau, Mi Trieu Chau or sometime both Hu Tieu and Mi combination. Definitely like the portion size! I can enjoy a nice lunch and always have more then enough later for Dinner!
Yellow Noodles w/ Intestines and wonton (dried version), delicious!
Solid ..just a solid place with the main dish of yellow Noodle. Get it dried style...oh..they Feed here..you won't walk away saying they should have given you more!!
I was searching for a bowl of teochew bah chor mee (minced pork noodles). Didn't want to track an the way up to the city. Decided to try this place.I wouldn't say it was the cleanest place I've been to, so just be prepared.Anyways i ordered the #2 the chao zhou special egg noodles dry and large. It was a big bowl of food.I was hoping for something spicy, lardy and vinegary. This was not it, but it wasn't bad. The toppings were decent, prawns, cuttlefish, pork slices, pork liver ( over cooked!), Pork mince, dried shrimps, and a big pile of chives. The noodles were nice and QQ, and the chili sauce on the side was good.It also came with a bowl of soup and a pork bone. The soup was super savory and the bone had a nice piece of marrow to suck on.
Send noods!I love noodles and having it dry it is such an elevating experience. I got a mixture of noodles, yellow egg and white rice noodles. The style of this dish is called "Trieu Chau" or "Chow Zhou". I like the soup on the side because I can sip on the broth as much as I like. The beef bone marrow on the side with the broth is so good. The proteins were shrimp and pork. What makes this dish amazing is the sauce. I love how they four different chilli's to choose from, but my favorite is chilli oil. Sriracha is good and I also added fresh jalapeños, but I am not a big fan of the picked jalapeños. For the sides, I added meat ball and Chinese doughnuts. It adds so much flavor and decadence to the bowl. I got the bean sprouts cooked, so that it's soft. If you like it crunchy, get it fresh. The offer limited hours and outdoor dinning. Check them out!?
