Amazing staff, above and beyond courteous. Ever since covid, miso ramen changed in taste and size, not sure if they use different miso mix but it doesn't taste the same as before. Also, portion got small, price is a bit much for the portion. This was my favorite Miso place, I hope you guys can fix it.

So... I'm just gonna say it, they outright rip you off... they have crap ethics and make you pay out your nose for the chicest portions I've ever seen... plus level 3 (out of 5) spice absolutely killed my stomach all night and I eat extremely spicy things all the time. For the full horrible experience keep reading. First, me and my BF are healthy eaters so we order a Tonkatsu and a Miso Ramen and ask them to add vegetable (and extra pork belly for BF). We get home (and I will begin this story by recognizing my mistake for not checking the order before we left) but inevitably, our order is wrong. My ramen had no meat, my BF didn't get his extra meat, and the veggies were so scarce that we were both convinced we did not get the extras we asked for. So I call, explain the situation, and without a word to me puts the phone down (something he did throughout our three total phone calls...yes three), and hear the employee talking to the chef presumably (who is clearly arguing from the tone). He asked if they were bean sprouts, I said yes..."those are the extras"... I was baffled, I've been to this place before and do not remember it being so damn skimp (ON VEGGIES of all things)...and I'm serious, it was the smallest portion I've ever gotten from a ramen place let alone any restaurant. That's right, we paid an extra $2 for a spoon full of been sprouts and corn per person... He continues to explain that I can drive back over and they will give me the meat (with my now cold ramen), and I almost laughed in his face....$5 per Gallon of gas- absolutely not! Okay so being a reasonable person, I compromise, refund me for the vegetables to make up for the meat and we'll call it even (didn't even ask for the extra meat cost) and...*click*! Swear to all the gods... he hung up on me. I call back, choking down my anger in order to resolve the issue... "this is the person you just hung up on...", dude says "who?". Oh NO you didn't. Calmly..."The person you were literally talking to a second ago"... "oh" he says... like he hadn't just intentionally hung up on me. Then again, after a few more minutes of arguing, I finally hung up on him. It was clear they had no intention of rectifying the situation, unless it cost their customer... So in exchange for ripping off their customers and not being willing to do right by the people keeping their business open... I hope readers will heed my longwinded warning... find a better ramen place- I assure it's not worth it to support this one.
5 stars for the miso ramen (level 3 and level 5 spicy), but 1 star for the veggie bento box. The flavors weren't great, the egg roll was soggy, and there was a hair in the rice. We also weren't given enough utensils and very little napkins.
The food wasn't good. I ordered the number three with chicken. My gf got the pork, which was better than the chicken but still wouldn't recommend it.
The food is good but the service is so bad. My order is $32.75. When I paid I used a $100 bill, but they said there was no change and the staff had a scowl on his face. I had to ask people around but no one has. After a while, that staff accepted to give me change, when he opened the cashier's case. I've seen a lot of $20 bills and other small bills. What a joke.
Absolutely amazing!! As a first timer, i gotta say my meql was delicious ?. I ordered the #3 with shoru pork. Every bite was mouth watering! Well worth the ?. I dont get full too easy but this hit the spot just right!!
10/10 I always come here and after me driving to Fremont yesterday to a closed ramen house, I'm gunna keep coming here!! Shout outs to the girl at the register and cook, I'm super tired from work (server life) and was taking days to put together my words for my order and they made this ramen so good. Satisfied cravings and good costumer service!! If you come here make sure you're not broke and tip them out, just bc they're not serving you doesn't mean they don't clean up after you in one way or another!! Can't wait to come back and I'm not even done w my food lmao.
