Gave me the wrong order through Uber eats. It had my name written so I know the driver didn't make a mistake. Will not order via Uber eats again. It was not only the wrong order but had none of the add-ons I paid for.
This is my go-to location for Vitality Bowls. The employees are always welcoming, and the interior is well-kept. I have noticed a slight price hike in the menu prices over time, but considering the quality of the food prepared, it is difficult to complain. Because of my poor experiences at the Cottle Road and Vallco Parkway locations, I am loyal to visiting the Brokaw Road location. Although I have received açaí bowls not fully packed on two (2) of my visits, the bowls on every other visit I have made here (roughly ten visits) are consistently filled to the top. On my last visit to this location, the bananas in the Vitality Bowls I ordered were overripe and mushy, but after emailing this location, I received a prompt and professional response from the owner Luisa who apologized and offered to remake the Vitality Bowls free of charge on my next visit. Excellent food and outstanding service paired with cleanliness keep me coming back. I highly recommend visiting this specific location if you're ever in San Jose.
We went in for smoothies and juice. They both were fresh and tasty.
Perfect for healthy meal. I love their fruit bowls. They use acai in all their bowls and smoothies which is such a great ingredient for taste and antioxidants. I tried their tropical bowl and temptation smoothie. Both were just amazing.

They upsell you on the expensive proteins (+$3 for turkey), then forget to include it. I paid $15.30 for this pile of spinich. I'd estimate I could make this for less than a dollar, in 20 seconds.The store was compeltely empty, they were not busy at all. Even if they didn't leave out the protein, this pile of nothing would not be worth it at all.They just use tacky marketing about being "healthy" when the secret apparently is to just not give you any food.
The food and quality is good. But the wait time and prices (i”super food” and its marketing you pay for).You’ll wait about 20min on average to make a smoothie bowl that should take 5min dump and stir.All in all, plan ahead and use the app (where the UI/interface is terrible).
I don’t even intend to give one star. The app UI is terrible. Order and go to the store, it will definitely not be ready. The customization in the app shows free but for every additional thing they charge 75 cents which is terrible. Make your app right first. Will never be back here again.
acai was not icy or chunky. bowl was a tad pricey for the size but overall positive experience. a few tables outdoors but no seating inside right now.
