No masks worn by male cook, server, or cashier, even though their health guidelines states that masks are required. Cashier was impatient. Food sits under heat lamps for prolonged time. Not the best dine in experience ?.
I went to Veggie Grill Westgate for the first time today and unfortunately I had a very bad stomach ache afterwards.The crisp cauliflower dish was brought out without any plates to serve until we asked for them. Secondly the plates were not cleaned well because there was food residue.For a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, I did not find the dishware clean enough. My digestive system has become very pure with being a vegetarian for over 40 years and the Cobb salad I ordered must have had some old lettuce or other items.Hoping the restaurant staff will ensure dishes and foods are cleaned and fresh before serving to customers.
One of the better restaurant chains in the world.From the friendly staff to the interesting variety of menu options, I always am happy to eat at a Veggie Grill and this one's no exception. My only gripe is that some menu items are pretty high in sodium, but the food is far, far healthier than the majority of other restaurants.
Love the South Western Nachos, Grilled chicken sandwich, and Crispy cauliflower. Just to name a few of my favorites. Employees are super nice as well.
Omg! Great service and food. Had veggie burger which was made from black beans and mushrooms on wheat bun. Also had lentil soup which tasted like Chile beans and the cauliflower nuggets soooo good with the sauce on the side ....?❤
Inconsistent quality across menu items, lowering overall taste expectations - very hit or miss. Don't recommend the fish sandwich (almost inedible). The blue cheese steak burger was awesome.
First time visiting today and disappointed... Was waiting in line for 10min on lunch break for no service. First- no one greeted me. Secondly there were four people working at the time, no one greeted me through the whole time I was waiting in line? two registers available to take orders, one girl at the register taking care of a undecisive party of three. No one seemed to have a sense of urgency to take my order, so I took my business elsewhere. I will give it another try another day.
Thus location is usually decent but somehow forgot my tomatoes entirely on a burger recently.
Delicious...I ordered the Nachos and Lentil soup, both were very good. Very flavorful. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because my chips were soggy. I'd suggest putting all of the toppings in a to go container for assembly at home that way the chips stay fresh and crunchy. Anyway I loved the food and will definitely come back again.
They also serve mas vegan here! You have to order online and pick up in store.
