Finally, last Saturday, I had the chance to try this place for the first time. I ENJOYED every bite of my food, the services, the accommodations, and the atmosphere.It is an authentic Mexican place: You can see the kitchen and how they are prepared the food from scratch, you can smell those familiar aromas, and there is a salsa station (with lemons, onions, and cilantro included), and of course, the handmade tortilla station.The menu has something for everyone, plenty of vegetarian options, and the Aguas Frescas are delicious! For lunch, I had:- Tacos dorados (requeson and potato)- Tacos de Barbacoa (it comes with broth and double tortilla)- Strawberry agua fresca- All the salsas!!!Worth the driving!
I ordered, got part of my order and had to get up to check why they didn't bring the consome...they forgot.And they have young guys for waitress, they never check on us..food was ok..tortas were nothing like the real deal
Great location, good food, live music usually on weekends. The tortas ahogadas are terrific, the closest you'll find to traditionally made tortas from Guadalajara, Mexico. Meat and salsa are superb. A favorite of mine are the tacos dorados, aguas frescas are great here. This place sets the bar for tortas ahogadas!

Tacos dorados were my favorite, live mariachi was a plus. Its worth another visit whenever I happen to drive by .
