It's true: the bar staff and regulars are friendly to strangers and very welcoming. I arrived back in the US after 6 yrs in Europe and felt right at home here. Drink prices are reasonable. Joseph, behind the bar, is an all-around wonderful guy. Totally recommended. I love this neighborhood bar!

Been coming here for years. Fun hangout, good cocktails, good people, and best place to watch a game and play pool. Great bartenders - Paolo, Josie, Josh, Joseph, Toni. Now they have some solid food. Cool guy named Miguel took over the kitchen. I love their steak quesadilla and burgers. Recommend.
We came here and got 3 different hot dogs and the churros for dessert. Honesty, I was a little underwhelmed by the hot dogs. They were tasty but nothing amazing. Unfortunately, by the time we got home the bread was soggy because of the toppings but we still enjoyed it. I think the churros was the best part of the meal.
This place was conveniently located in the Midtown section of San Jose. There's a small parking lot located in the back. Didn't see much by the way of street parking. The staff were very nice. You won't miss a game because there were plenty of TVs around the entire place.

Good food, awesome bartenders. Nice neighborhood bar. They show all the different sports on the vast amount of tvs on the wall.
Please don't park in the bike lane, it's a hazard to cyclists and motorists (the bike lane isn't wide enough for a car). Those of us who live in the area will call parking enforcement when we notice this happening. Park across the street, and get that tiny bit of exercise.

I didn't get the bartenders name,but she was awesome!!!! Never had to wait too long to place my order... who ever you are that was here at the end of theSF vs LA game... YOU ROCK!!!!!!
