So good!! Its as good as it was when they first opened. Sushi is great too! Loved the tempura ? would seriously recommend:)

Good variety of food, however, BEWARE of the restaurant’s bad practice when calculating tip/suggested tip. Tips should be calculated from the grand total before taxes is added and not overall total. It’s a petty amount close to $4, however, it’s upsetting when restaurants get away with this type of scam for quick profit from all customers.

A lot of great food to choose and you need to bring your big appetite. All their seafood and sushi was delicous. Just a little on the salty side for my taste. But overall a great buffet.

Come here on your birthday and get a FREE dinner (valued at $38.99). They do require a minimum of 3 adults (which means if it’s your birthday that day, you eat for free and the other 2 guests are charged). Don’t forget to bring your ID. Really great deal and Tomi gives you up to one week from your birthday so you don’t have to arrive on the day of your birthday. Price per adult for dinner is $38.99. Their sushi, sushi rolls and sashimi are amazingly delicious. Lots of selections especially the rolls. They even have Poke. Love their fresh raw oysters.Best time to come for dinner is 5pm as soon as they open because they get super busy. You only need 3 people from your party now to get a table. Previously, you needed all parties but not anymore. Woo-hoo!They have expansive menu on top of sushi such as hot places with soup, Chinese , Korean and blends of some American food. Desserts were good and they have crème brûlées and flan. Really good. Best of all, I would say their customer service here was excellent. We will definitely be back for more.Cheers!

Quick summary: mediocre lunch buffet, should be 2/5, but the sushi at least was good, so gave it 3/5.The good: sushi was decently good. The neutral: some of the items on the hot entree side were okay like the chow fun, sweet and sour chicken, bbq pork, etc...The bad: pretty much everything else. The dim sum options were mostly dry, I only took a picture of the soup dumpling, xiaolongbao, but there was literally no soup in it and really dried, but the other ones were basicly the same. Most of the other items were standard Chinese style buffet items. Most of them were a bit salty or over seasoned. The desert options for lunch was kinda bad. The moose deserts were super artifical in flavor, example the honeydew moose tastes like tapioca express honeydew. The cakes were overly sweet and also had a sharp artifical taste to them. Didn't try the ice cream.

I've been coming to Tomi Sushi for sometime even before when they were called Todai. For the price and quality and selection this has to be the best value in santa clara county. Not just sushi. The Asian food section has really stepped up. Even the bathrooms are clean and modern. You can't go wrong

You’re welcome :) not you can see what kind of seafood they serve! (And dim sum ) Everything was delicious!

The place gets really crowded, like it's so narrow and tight to move between tables. It would be better if they could space out the tables since there is one empty section in the restaurant that doesn't even have any seated customers. I think the hosts just try to pack as many people as they can in one place.Another thing I noticed is that so many people here are rude. They will cut you in line, take the serving spoon from you, and hold onto the serving spoon so no one gets a turn. Ugh, I know that's not the restaurant's fault, but people should have better manners. They act like entitled wild animals.Other than the people and the crowd, the cost and food is good. I wish I could eat more, but I'm happily satisfied with the quality and variety.

My husband and I really enjoyed the lunchtime sushi buffet here. The service was fast and friendly. The food was your typical buffet fare but the sushi itself was quite enjoyable. There is a lot of variety.Side note: The staff does not refill the food items within an hour of closing time so get there early! Also, their green tea ice cream does not taste like green tea at all. It's a weird, indescribable flavor. I would skip that.

Basically, very disappointed as this place is totally different from before. None of the soup are good enough, they are more like water, not much favor. They were corn egg soup, seafood soup and sweet and sour soup. The sweet and sour soup has way too much pepper. The popular seafood in abalone container were cool and somehow not cooked enough. I told them about it, they kept telling me that it cools down really fast. Really? Seniors over 60 got discount, then, the price before tax and tips were $37.50 each person. Other people were $42+ each person. Not so cheap. The price does not match the food quality. Not recommended.
