Placed an order through Doordash and ordered soups. I called them right after and asked to please provide chili oil sauce and they said No and that I need to pay extra for it. So I told her I was not able to find the option to add it on Doordash and she was sure there was. So then I asked if I can pay over the phone for it and she laughed and said No. Really rude. They always want to charge "extra" for EVERYTHING. Not cool, specially if their food is pricey and you're ordering soup. They should provide it.Period. Not ordering again.
Service was "meh". (didnt ask if we wanted drinks)Food was "meh" (that did not taste like beef, beef is not white)Cash only!! Not mentioned ANYWHERE where one could see, except when you get to the register.Wouldnt come here again if you paid me.
They charge you for water. “Oh we only have bottled water sorry”, ?ya I’m sure you are making the soup with bottled water. I would rather have tap water than be nickle-and-dimed. Also, they were out of most of their other drinks anyway.Place was dirty, service was bad, food was okay.
Love this restaurant, my favorite food i can eat here everyday if I could! Employees are very nice
My order was wrong. The lady got upset. I kept having to repeat myself to her what I wanted. And after $70 for my order (rediculious), I ended up throwing it all out.
For food, we got the guacamole, mole chicken, shrimp tacos, and fish tacos. They were all pretty average. Nothing really stood out. Service was also really slow. Waited a really long time to get our check. It was also too loud inside for me but maybe I'm just getting old.
We just to go to this tk noodle on William every week or sometimes twice week and spent between $65 and $125 That's how much we just to like this place. This last Saturday we went and it was the worst ever. The meat was frozen (raw) like if they just throw it on top of the soup. My mom took the meat out because it was gross. We didn't not finish the food as we always do. I went to the register pay and show the meat to the lady. I told her that we were regular customers that we go every week or twice that the meat was raw.. All she said is I know. Not a sorry or offer to replace the food. Take forever to get the drinks. Didn't offer lemon . We bring everything from home spoons , lemon and Cilantro.
I get Chow mein with crispy noodles and Nava go wrong. I add spice to mine. They are quick
Before I start, I would just like to say that Timothy was an amazing server. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I tell you the level of service is unmatched, I mean it. The ambiance was lovely and the aesthetic was 10/10. I really enjoyed this restaurant.
Stopped by on my first night back in New York and ordered the tako wasabi and their signature popcorn chicken with some beer! It was perfect for us since we had just come straight from getting pizza. Friendly staff and service, would definitely come back! :)
