Heading back home to southern California didnt want to eat compliment breakfast at the hotel we were staying at. So checked online and came across The Waffles that was on the way. Omar our waiter very young maybe 16 or 17 was very polite and served us water and coffee as we viewed the menu. I had the waffle combo and Pat had the pancake combo. Waffles were done to my liking very crispy along with everything else. Pat was happy with the pancake combo as well. ? only draw back its cash only.. but, service was excellent!!??
Food 4.8, Service 5, Ambiance 4.5; Waffles topped with any treat your child can imagine. Everyone was super satisfied with their meal and the orchid on each dish was a special touch to make it oh so special. Food was well seasoned, crispy and hot. We never needed to ask for coffee or water refills. Excellent service. The strip mall was interesting but the restaurant did an excellent job making you feel you were elsewhere. It was “cash only” when we went. $86 for 4
It was ok. My waffle was soft like a pancake but it tasted good. The service was pretty good.

I got the chilaquiles de lujo. This was the best breakfast I’ve had in my life. Perfect seasoned steak, amazing chipotle salsa. 11/10 recommend
The Waffles is a surprise treat I gave myself this weekend. I have been looking for a place with an amazing breakfast for quite a while, and "The Waffles" made to happen. Not just food that is so tasteful and natural, you know like a home cooked meal taste, but the service, attention to details, and variety.
