My husband and I just ate at this spot for the first time. Upon entering, we were seated immediately with menus, the waitress nearly instantly asked to take our orders (we weren’t ready to order yet) but as soon as we were ready, the next available waiter came to take our order. We both ordered the Special Burrito with carnitas. The service is great, best Mexican restaurant with the best tasting Mexican food in San Jose and we’ve tried many spots. We will definitely eat here again!

Excellent food, the quality is consistent and the portions are huge! The shredded beef enchiladas are my go to. The chips are salsa are addictive also ?

Crowded Friday night. Very organized staff. Ok Mexican food, eventhough my chorizo, egg and potato plate was slightly burnt but flavorful and my flour tortillas were super overcooked and hard. Decent prices. The Mariachi band that played around the restaurant were very good and added to the ambiance of the place.Having only 1 bathroom for female and 1 bathroom for male patrons.... is so not enough. Especially when it's busy.I look forward to possibly going back on a less crowded night and maybe giving a 5 star rating.

Both service and food are excellent. The grilled chicken tacos are quite good. The beans were served hot and were delicious.

(First, I apologize if there are typos. It's FREEZING today, so typing on my phone is proving problematic.)I went to Mexico Lindo this past Thursday (12/16) to celebrate my aunt’s birthday. It was my first time at there, so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleased to learn that the decor is very festive, the food is very good, and the service is excellent. Our waiter was Saul (I think this was his name--he wore no tag that I saw, and I arrived late, so my uncle had already ascertained his name), and he was VERY attentive. Whenever my iced tea was low, Saul was there asking if I wanted another. And there was a busboy right there when my plate was finished, asking if I wanted him to take it away. That's the kind of service that separates your average restaurants from great ones.I had the enchilada plate, which comes with rice and beans. All very good. But I think I'll try the taco plate next time. That's what my cousin had, and the taco look VERY good.Prices run high at about $15 to $18 a person. Of course, your tab will be higher if you add on liquor (and I wouldn’t mind trying an authentic margarita or, ooh, sangria (not certain if that’s even on the menu), but my family doesn't usually opt for alcohol so I didn't get anything...this time). But the service is worth it.If you try Mexico Lindo, I don't think you'll be displeased. And have a margarita for me (preferably strawberry)!

Excellent restaurant. Salsa is great. Wonderful chili. Delicious frozen margaritas. Great atmosphere.

Food was ok and service was post-covid slow. I really wanted to love it, but it was just meh

Friendly greeting, great tasting food; chicken enchiladas, fajita salad, and a burrito

very fast service good food good drinks.

Ate here for a late lunch today. Waiter was horrible. No customer service, not attentive at all. Seems like he didn’t want to be here. We felt rushed to leave when we got our check. Didn’t check up on us once after we got our food. Had to flag him down if we needed something. Definitely won’t be coming here again
