Visited this unusual location. Ordered the Patty Melt and the Mac Daddy.The Patty Melt used a dried out old hamburger instead of the Wagyu beef as advertised.The Mac Daddy used giant macaroni and didn’t have the herbs and spices that it should have had.Two stars for being edible.
The melty mac is a combo of two of my favorite things Mac and Cheese and Grilled Cheese! So cheesy so delicious!

Melt burgers are soo good! I love the sauce on them and they are always cooked perfectly! Plus their pickles are really great! My order was delivered so quickly which was great because I was hungry!
I've been to the Melt in Irvine and it was great! It was full independent store. Had the double BBQ bacon meltburger. Here? In a shared multi-menu place in industrial plaza. Not the full menu that The Melt restaurant has. I ordered the same thing. Patties were over cooked. And they put the BBQ sauce on the bottom bun so it's soggy by the time you're half way through.
Ghost Kitchen, with multiple restaurants located in one. It's geared towards food delivery services, but we were able to walk-in and order on an iPad in the lobby. Food was ready in ~10 mins.I tried the Angus & Wagyu burger, which was very tasty. It had a great flavor and texture. I'll definitely be going back to try some of the other offerings.
