The staff was polite, but the food seemed cone from frozen bags. The popcorn shrimp tasted off.

Service was ok. Guess I'm used to a different kind of Cajun restaurant coming from Texas and having eaten in Louisiana several times.

Food was pretty good, especially for the price. Had king crab, shrimp, potatoes and corn. And got a lot of food. Unfortunately the place is not maintained well, trash by the front door dirty, bathrooms not stocked. Just not appealing. That alone will keep me from coming back.

I came with low expectations because of some bad reviews, but I thought the food was solid. Garlic noodles were super good, and no complaints about the bag of shrimp and stuff. Grilled shrimp tacos were good too. Friendly service.

I was not greeted to start with, expensive i wanted to order a combo of 85 and was gonna ended up paying 165 for that order with no drinks the lady said it was the tax no heck no!! Math was no addind i said to eat in here she gave me to go bruhhh after that i got not service 2 lazy young ladys atending this place its not it!!! Worst experience everr!!!!

Yummy and tasty?I always come here every time I visit San Jose.

Bringing in the new year right with the Familia!!Happy 2022!!!

The resturant was freezing, not sure if they had no heat or what, but I feel for the staff. They had to wear coats around the place. Unfortunately eating a meal is not enjoyable while freezing. Staff just plopped the meal on the table and walked away, felt very unwelcome, ect. And it is NOT cheap, not worth the price unfortunately. Food was decent.

Weird customer service experience. We were not greeted, we had to go to the register to ask for a table. They treated us like we we’re unwelcome the entire time. I asked if they were short staffed, I got a grunt. We wanted some utensils since the crab legs are hard to open with our hands. She looked at us like we were asking a bizarre question but eventually brought some plastic crab utensils. I asked for a crab cracker and they said they ran out except for the one they begrudgingly gave after I asked. We asked for cocktail sauce, they gave us about a table spoon. Asked for more and they said they were out. So a table of four had one metal cracker. No refills were offered. Given the ambiance and service, there are so many better places for the money - it’s not cheap.
