First time ordered online here and pick up (Carved chicken, meditaranean chickpeas, saffron rice, garlic yogurt side, spicy cilantro side and Baklava) when I came home and ready to eat, there's no Baklava (dessert) $3.75. I called the store,no answer and left a vm. My order# 768253110. Don't get me wrong, I like their food. Unfortunately, they forgot to put the Baklava. I think I should not get charged for $3.75 if I didn't get the dessert?
This place is set up real nice. The sauces are amazing and the fries are hot. Super disappointed they didn’t shave the meat off fresh….they put meat from a hot tray that was sitting for awhile….the chicken was mushy and over cooked and the doner meat was super dry and not shaved fresh…..I’ll stick with the popular Greek restaurants in the area and won’t be back.
Visites here many times, specially the SanJose outlet. Loved the juicy chicken kebabs & salads with dressings.Fries & greet yogurt were tasty too.Satisfied with their service, cleanliness & quality.Will visit again soon!!
My family and I have been a loyal customer for years. We always order the kids meal on the weekend, as my child loves their lamb and beef. When i ordered the kids meal this afternoon, the cashier told me my child needed to be present. I was a bit surprised, as I have never been asked my child to be with me when I ordered. I then proceeded to explain to the cashier I have never been asked every time I ordered, and asked when they started implementing the policy. The cashier said they've always had to ask.......? Interesting.........i have never been asked, which completely contradicted what the cashier said. He then impolitely said if I would like to speak to the manager. I declined, as there's no point talking to the manager. All he will say is "policy is policy." I then walked back to my car and got my child just to order the kids meal. After this incident, i'm not sure I will patron this location. Rude customer service, and questionable and inconsistent store policy. I was also going to have this location cater my company's annual engineering conference. Looks like I will be looking elsewhere.
Do not order online for pick up. Online orders are de-prioritized and in-store orders are bumped ahead of you. I placed an online order 30mins in advance, arrived at the designated time, then was told my order would be up soon. After waiting 20+mins and watching multiple walk-in customers order, wait, then receive their order before me, I asked for a refund. I was told that even though I was physically in the store, the fastest way for me to get food would be to cancel my online order, place an in-store order, then wait at the back of that line. Needless to say, I left and won’t return.

My to go lunch place. Very good and healthy food. Alway fresh greens and quality meat. Very nice inside atmosphere with chill music. Friendly stuff members that always suggest good food. There is one all gender restroom, clean. I definitely suggest this place.
Not bad for first time. Chicken had great flavor, sauces were good and staff was friendly. Rice had a bit of a propane gas taste, not sure of the rice is to close to the grill. Place was busy and the tables were unable to be cleaned before the next turn over. Will try again.
Best wraps in town just got to add fries
I had chicken with greens. I think it was ok, the green chutney with it was amazing though. The quantity was good for one person.
