To night me and my grandson , were in habbitt burger in almaden express way , I doing order one charbuger and one french fries and I doing order one apple juice for my grandson, but cashier told apple juice just comings with kid menu’s , I told , I wanna pay , and I spoke with manager and he just looking me , all of times I don’t had any problems, but I don’t know what happing to day , it’s not good for business.??
Well that explains why my order took so long, they left the burger on the grill long enough to burn it while my fries got cold. I've had food from this place a few times, and each time was a different disaster. I've been to other Habits before; they're kind of okay and not entirely worth the price, but it usually isn't too bad. This specific location has always been bad for me. The food should be much better with outrageous prices like this, and the workers being as rude as they are doesn't help the matter. I won't be coming back to this location again.
Love the grilled chicken on sourdough and the strawberry limeade is worth a refill or two. They need to fix the website ordering as you can't order the strawberry limeade online.
Online Ordering:If you order from DoorDash your food will most likely arrive cold almost always not because of Habit but DD's dumb policy. For The Habit: ordered BBQ sauce 3 other times but never got it. FOOD IS GREAT! MILKSHAKES ARE GREAT! SERVICE KINDA BAD..
If ever feeling like a chocolate milkshake. These malts ads to die for. Chicken club is delightful, I highly recommend. Also the tri tip sandwich!!
The manager, working the day of my visit, was very helpful, attentive, and had great customer service.
We ordered online; went to the location and as soon as my husband walked in, they called his name. There were other patrons so the timing was perfect. They got our order right and gave us enough sauces. It was efficient, and without issues. Thanks!
Burgers have been burned during my last visits. Not as good as before. Pepper bar has reopened.
I usually like coming to this location. And my food usually is made well. But today my chicken bites get dry, my bun on my veggie burger was too hard to eat, and my fries for the most part were hard . Overly crispy . The girl who took my order didn’t feel attentive either and when I asked for peppercinis , she slammed them onto my tray.
Always great tasting food, especially the tempura green beans.
