Order from door dash for pickup everything is good but missing side of ranch and cheese sauce for the fries that I ordered :( .
Usually love this place, I went today at 11:00, I waited 25 minutes for my sandwich, when I got home with it, I discovered that they put steak instead of the chicken I ordered on the sandwich. I was so disappointed but was not willing to drive all the way back and wait around for them to make it right

This is by far the best philly cheesesteak you will ever have in the Bay area I encourage anybody who reads these to take the family and go enjoy a good meal friendly staff and down home atmosphere
Yum! We have tried cheese steaks at other restaurants/places and they just don't measure up. The Cheese Steak Shop is consistently good. We typically order their original and their peppers make the difference. Their customer service could use a little help, but overall, would recommend.
Their online ordering has been unavailable for a while. Other than that the food is very good. Can’t go wrong with the King Philly and a side of curly fries.
I don't choose to eat at too many places in food courts, but this place caught my eye. I ended up with a lamb and beef gyro with fries on the side, and it was absolutely filling and delicious!The root beer just added to my dining pleasure. It was reasonably priced, considering it was food court food.
