The owner is repeatedly seen without a mask during a pandemic. The bbq is mediocre at best.Hygiene is secondary for these guys

Best food in a BBQ i have ever had! I love this place it will be my new favorite. ? The grilled chicken was to die for. Owner is super friendly and customer oriented. I highly recommend because of the quality of food, quantity, and Best pricing you get three slices of tritip or other meat of your choice,, and 2 sides for under $15.
The tri tip and cornbread was amazing. Great flavor. I didn't really like grilled mushrooms, but everything else was fantastic.
This BBQ is off the Hook " fall off the bone and just melt " The hot link sandwich is the best in the West " the flavor!! Speaking of flavor" there barbecue sauce is out of this world !!!! I've never tasted anything like it ' a definite Must "

I know this spot is definitely the go to but try to get there as early as possible so that you can get the most out of the menu otherwise you'll get what's left. They tend to run out early especially on hot summer nights or closer to dinner. This is really good BBQ.
The Mama Mac Bombs are THE BOMB!!!! You can tell The owner takes pride in his food!!!!!! Never disappointed You get you paid for always have left overs n go into a food coma after leaving The Pit Stop! Art is a great PIT MASTER N WONDERFULGuy n that is why he is the best BBQ IN THE BAY AREAAAA!
Made it right before breakfast was over and it was great, I had "Lucy" Biscuit gravy Sausage bacon....and then we also made his lunch were we also ordered Beef ribs Pork Belly and pork spare ribs. I'm glad we made it, a plus to it Art the owner is a down to earth guy, really koo Dude, if y'all in San Jose or around the bay area, slide thru.......
