Don’t go to this place unless you want to be disrespected, physically pushed, discriminated and kicked out for no reason at all. This Saturday I saw how one girl was very rudely treated. First, one of the waitress pushed some girls rudely to go in between them to go serve another table, they were so confused. Then, the waitress made a face and call the security guys, they camed and put one of the girls a flashlight pointing directly at her face, they took her very rude, touching her, pushing her and physically hurting her. They kicked her out for no reason, she wasn’t drunk, she was dancing with good vibe and she was wearing a pretty outfit, so I find no reason for them to kicked her out, she was so confused and crying for the horrible moment. When she asked why they kicked her out, they didn’t respond and ignored the questions saying “I can’t hear you” and leaving. UNFORTUNATELY google reviews do not let put ZERO STARS. Shame on this personnel and restaurant’s owners. I immediately left this place after seeing that.
DONT GO THIS PLACE... SECURITY IS ONE OF THE WORST.. we had VIP service with table n everything stepped out watching for a drunk friend.. and security without even listening being F.. rude.. this ain't you pay for.. You dont spend few thousand dollars in such low place.. Highly disrespectful.. rude n unprofessional people. N m sure seeing other reviews owner don't bother even. Definitely lost future business from a corporation.Had so many bad reviews about this particular security person and I am surprised they didn't kick him out yet.. BAD SERVICE!!!
Had an experience with a very insecure security guard and it was very very upsetting. I wish I could give a worse review. This was the most egotistical irrational thing I’ve ever seen security do.I was as sitting with someone and they had their foot up on a small box-like chair (mind you there was only about 10 people in the bar at the time, so space wasn’t an issue). Apparently this isn’t allowed (and we had no way of knowing it wasn’t allowed) and a security guard told my friend to put his feet down (WHICH HE DID IMMEDIATELY). Of course since we didn’t know this was a rule we were visibly confused and asking each other what was wrong. But the security guard saw our visible confusion as “disrespect” and we were escorted out of the bar.I had ordered ONE drink at the bar that I barely got to drink and they didn’t allow me to finish my drink. Please help me understand how being confused and discussing our confusion is disrespect. If you are that sensitive to your PERCEPTION of what people are talking about you shouldn’t be a security guard. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any facility. Not only was staff rude but the place was FILTHY. The floors were incredibly sticky despite no one being there. When we first came in we were the only people there but the floors were already sticky. It was genuinely disgusting and I don’t understand why the floors had not been cleaned.I genuinely hope that this place employs better staff and security because I had a terrible first experience here. I’m upset because I feel like my money was stolen from me at this bar. The security wouldn’t even try to listen to our side of the story. So I hope the owner of the bar reviews any security footage from march 26th around 10pm and can see that we were just visibly confused. We did not say anything about the security guard, we were not acting out, we were only sitting down and occasionally dancing to the music and trying to have a good time. The only thing that we were asking each other was about the rule of not being able to put your feet up. I really wish I could get a refund on my drink.I really want to give this place a second chance, but as of now I do not recommend going to this bar. Please do better or your customers will not come back.
Stood on the railing of a stool to look for a friend. Was told to get down but told the security guard I’m looking for a friend while I’m on the phone with him. Security guard had some sort of power trip, put me in a chokehold (nearly passed out from it) while I was asking to retrieve my phone (giving him the phone handsign cause I couldn’t breath) that fell when the security guard grabbed me. Eventually, outside the club, I push that same security guard and yell at him and another bouncer just blind sides me and knocks me out cold. Seems somewhat disproportionate and I will be calling for CTV footage. Just leaving a 1 star review for knocking someone out who just wanted to find a friend and a phone. Bouncers have power trips here and look for a fight it seems.
So many sexy bartenders! Strong delicious AMFs.
Good place, good drinks and good music. Had a great time with friends visiting this place. Gets crowded on the weekend. The drinks were made well and served in plastics (not that it was bad) and were also reasonable in price. As the night closes in the crowd here gets packed. Gets you the dive bar with dance floor vibes. The one in SF is definitely a better place.
