Great, quality ice cream shop with a decent amount of flavors, topping, and cone choices. Nice to have something like it nearby.
First visit. Kind, upbeat and helpful employees. So many options, my family loved it! We will be returning to try other flavors and options ?
I ordered the lemon Italian Ice and it was very good. We are visiting from out of town and my friend suggested Sweet Fix. No complaints!
Their ice cream is so good! We always have to try their seasonal flavors. But my boyfriend is always glad they have banana brownie.
Very rude, unprofessional, and immature management. If you scroll through the reviews and the owners response you can see exactly what I mean. I have been there a few times when the manager is training new employees. She scolds them and speaks to them like they are dumb. Really sad to see. It’s always unfriendly and an issue when ordering ice cream. Ice cream is good but the service isn’t and I can’t support a business with such horrible owners/management
When they first open I gave them 5 stars, but tonight I want the leave zero stars. First the girl who served me was rude, second I wanted to place a pick up order but I guess everyone and their mother has doordash? Not everyone relies on Uber eats and doordash. Last but not least I’m a frequent customer and they won’t combine my reward cards like they have done in the past. Gonna have to take a break from this place which is sad because the owner is super nice.
Complained about bad soggy waffle. Manager very rude. Caused food poison. Run from this location. They serve you bad waffles. Wake up sweet and try to be sweet atleastReview continued...As a customer I paid for my ice cream and the waffle .I don't care for free food. My intent was to give you a fair feedback on soggy waffle which you couldn't take gracefully and replied me rudely not only in the store but also on the Google review which pretty much affirms that you are selling bad stuff. Do yourself a favor if you cannot accept the feedback better you shut down the business instead of telling the customer not to return. Not only I am Boycotting the place but also I'll make sure my friend's ,Family and community don't enter your premises unless you correct your food and attitude. I loved the ice cream here very much i got their black sesame ice cream and it was PERFECTION ?? I feel like a lot of places that do black sesame ice cream/soft serve barely have any sesame flavor, but here I could taste the sesame and all the muanced nutty flavor of sesame
My son loved the ice cream here more than other stores
