We got dozens of cupcakes and a princess cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was PERFECT

SusieCakes has a decent variety of cupcakes and cakes. The overall presentation was also well.Wait times are decently fast (less than 10-15 mins) and the service is good quality. Alongside that, the establishment is clean and welcoming.Although, like a few others have mentioned, we got the celebration cake. Although the cakes had a small description saying it was buttery, it was definetly more than I expected. The same goes with the frosting, it was pretty dense and the bread hardened once a few hours passed. (When put in the refrigerator, the cake hardened even more.)Regardless of these mild inconveniences, there should be a more detailed description or information about the cakes so we can have a better idea of how sweet they are.*If you have a sugar tooth then this would probably be great for you :)

Came during the week to grab a couple cake slices and decided to also grab a 7-layer bar which was really sweet. The carrot cake and tropical coconut cake were fantastic. Really appreciate the fact that you can buy by the slice as well. Customer service was great and quick to complete my order. Establishment was clean. Plenty of parking around

Love Susie's cakes! Jeremiah prepared my cupcake order! Ordered red velvet, chocolate, lemon and coconut cupcakes! Each cupcake is $4.25! Cupcakes are fluffy, light, airy, NOT DENSE AT ALL! Would definitely be back here! Thank you so much!

Susie’s cupcakes are to die for especially some of their seasonal flavors. My favorite is the red velvet. Bring back the cream cookies. They are my favorite cookie ever!

We went to Susie Cakes Saturday to purchase cake to take home for a late snack. We usually enjoy Susie Cakes.I purchased two slices of cake one chocolate and one carrot. We opened the boxes when we got home to find the chocolate cake was cut very odd with the top about 1 1/4" and the bottom 1/2". The carrot cake was also very small. We should have checked the boxes before we went home so beware. We spent $ 20.00 on about $5.00 worth of Susie Cake.Very disappointed in the Saturday staff.

We ordered chocolate cupcakes, coconut vanilla and gluten free chocolate cupcake. The frosting was extremely sweet and gluten free cupcake was extremely hard! I would not try it again.

Just had a weird experience here….I walked in just to browse. I visually enjoy seeing pastry/cake designs. Wasn’t gonna buy anything until I saw they had a flourless cupcake. Had a whole interaction with the cashier where I asked her specifically about this cupcake and making sure, ingredient-wise, it was GF. She told me there’s still cross contamination and I said I understood, I’ll take it anyways. She said will that be all? I said yes….. then wait- my parents are with me outside, I’ll get them two regular cupcakes. She said just three cupcakes then? I said yes, only three. I paid, stepped aside. They called my name, I grabbed the box, and said goodbye. An hour later I’m at home, decide to distribute the cupcakes, open the box and there’s only two cupcakes……Weird. I check receipt, yup, two regular cupcakes charged. No flourless cupcake.Hmm…. Was my whole conversation where I asked her about the specifics of that flourless cupcake just ignored?? I guess so. Shame.I asked my mom if she liked the cupcake I got her. She said she couldn’t tell what flavor it was. I was surprised, I got her chocolate, her favorite.

Very disappointed. Paid $50 for a 6" cake that was way too sweet. That was the comment from every person. This place is extremely overrated. Would not buy another cake here.

Disappointed with the tropical coconut cake! The 6 inch cake barely had any pineapples or coconuts and was too sweet! The sponge was dry and dense, too.I tried their carrot cake before which was moist and delicious. But it was too sweet as well.
