After looking for a good sushi in San Jose, a friend recommended us to come in sushi jae! Sushi delicious, ramen really tasty and service flawless. James very nice and patient in all my requests!!

The food is fresh and have all the sushi restaurants in the area this is the tastiest one I found and the quality of food is the best

Truly delicious! We were in the area and just stopped by and it was so good and reasonably priced. We got a few sushi rolls and the ramen was so good

Sushi jae has exellent service and wonderful waiters. If you decide to go here make sure you ask the chef to make you a roll of his own for they are always my familys favorites.

I found this little restaurant through my daughter, who eats there quite often and even when she has been away they still remember her and exactly what she wants and how she likes it. The other day I ordered something to go while in town visiting her, over the phone and she waited in the car while I went to go get it. I forgot to give a name but when I told him I had an order for Danielle the Owner knew exactly who she was and asked if I was her sister! 10 points extra for him. Truly, they always make delicious fresh sushi. And consistently made every time. Great little gem of a place in an unlikly spot. Try Sushi Jae. You won't be disappointed.

Have been before but it has been a while. Busy on Friday night. Quality and freshness of food on target. Good service and a fun staff. Enjoy! Would give 4.5 stars if possible.

Fresh food. Good service

Excellent selection of sushi and other Japanese dishes. Online order page let's you remove ingredients, which for someone who isn't fond of cucumber increases the rolls I enjoy.

Absolutely fantastic! The sushi was so fresh, the best Saba David has had in ages. We also enjoyed maguro and hamachi nigiri. The miso soup was rich and delicious. It was ready super fast too, we will be regulars here.

Sushi Jae is my go-to sushi spot whenever I'm looking for something local, fresh, and tasty! Not only is their sushi presented beautifully, but there's also a wide range of options so you never get bored. I am a huge fan of the Oshinko rolls, which taste great if you are a fan of sour or more tangy flavors. The mochi, in matcha, mango, and vanilla flavors, is always a nice dessert as well. They do a great job with takeout and dine-in (pre-pandemic) and I hope to be back in-person once everything gets better :) Give it a try and you'll be sure to come back for some more!!
